Unit 1411 has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is spacious and opens to a large Lanai. The Master Bathroom features double bowl vanity and a large soaking Tub / Shower. The second bedroom is bright and has views of tropical landscaping. The open kitchen design flows to a dining area and a large living area that also has views of the landscaped property. Access to the large lanai from the living area provides for comfortable outdoor dining and relaxing. Our home is located in the desirable inner circle of the property. Which is one of the BEST locations. It adds to the private feeling and overall experience in Paradise. Plantation at Princeville has very well maintained grounds, a gorgeous pool with waterfall and spa and (2) Stainless Steel Barbecues for poolside grilling. The Plantation at Princeville also offers a private clubhouse / business center and exercise facility. This unit comes fully furnished and includes a new washer and dryer as well as air conditioning and there is plenty of onsite parking near the unit. They say the best things in life are free. This has to be the best rental suite we’ve ever stayed in. The hosts equipped it with everything you could ever need! The pool area was our evening wind-down spot. We were accommodated in every way possible. We celebrated two birthdays, and the place was decorated as if I did it myself. The place has a well stocked kitchen, which made cooking at home very easy. They have beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards which made beach days much more pleasant. The primary bedroom has a luxurious pillow topper on the bed that makes it hard to want to get up. The owners were great in clearly communicating the check in process. The unit was well stocked with linens, all the kitchen stuff. Even laundry and dish detergent. Super nice rooms, kitchen. Convenient for short drives to many North shore beaches. Convenient to restaurants & grocery store. It had everything you could want. Well equipped kitchen, we cooked breakfast every morning & enjoyed it out on the lanai. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler. Just everything. Perfect for 4 poeple plus 2 small kids. Was a little tight for us with 4 older kids. Pool is small & not heated & was a bit of a bummer but beautiful complex & really nice unit. The location is fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Beautiful landscaping and pool nearby. Ideal for families with kids in any age group. The unit is thoughtfully laid out, private and tastefully decorated. Wonderful master bath and bedroom. The only issues were the upstairs neighbors were a little noisy in the morning and the wifi connection was slow at times. Minor issues compared to how amazing this place is. These are friendly, welcoming hosts who immediately respond to questions. Loved the food truck guide! Would definitely book again! ##### Karrie S. The pool was awesome and so close to the unit. The upstairs guests were a little loud at times but that’s too be expected being in a ground floor unit. I would definitely stay here again My only wish was that they had crib sheets for the travel crib. I would have brought my own had I known they didn’t have any. I assumed they would since they had the crib but i should have confirmed. I also was really happy they had two snorkel masks to use for me and my family. Awesome place!
