And my bedroom looked right out onto the jungle full of beautiful song birds. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. Sadly, the buildings were built in such a way that I could hear the people staying in the bedroom below me, as they coughed, snored, and conversed. And the roosters were quite loud starting as early as 3:30 in the morning. Their noise also disturbed my afternoon naps. Fortunately, I travel with ear plugs and a white sound machine, so, with the windows closed, I managed to get nearly enough sleep all in all. ##### Therese F. We did everything we could think of but it didn’t help. We did hear that it is an issue so perhaps it wasn’t the condos fault. That said, we did really enjoy our time and it was very cool to be able to run down to the Sea Turtle Cave any time we wanted. Grocery stores are very convenient as is Hanalei.
