Included are a comfy queen bed, wireless, smart t.v., coffee maker and mini fridge. There are no cooking or laundry facilities. Close to restaurants, shops, resorts and beaches. Walking distance to the Westin, Hanalei Bay Resort and The One Hotel. Cool and airy inside with plenty of mature lush landscape. The perfect getaway for island explorers. After a full day of activities, return to take a soak in the jacuzzi or a dip in the pool. You're just a short drive away from golf, horse-back riding, surf lessons, scuba diving, zip lining, etc. Walk along the Princeville path to see the sunset or visit a resort for a cocktail. Sandpiper was one of the first condominiums built in Princeville and many local families reside there; working, going to school, raising kids. The studio is also below and beside other vacation rentals. It’s a busy neighborhood with people coming and going at all times. Location of the property was great & just a short drive from the places we wanted to see. The Host reached out on our arrival day to make sure we were able to enter VRBO with no problems, since I had not had a chance to respond to emails. We appreciated her effort to do this. I was concerned that there was not going to be air conditioning in the unit, but it was not a problem in early May. We did fine with the ceiling fan.
