Everything we needed
The hosts had beach chairs, snorkeling gear, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers…everything we needed for the beach. Great location, very convenient for snorkeling at Aninni or swimming at Hanalei Bay. Quiet. It was the perfect place for us.

Great location
We enjoyed our stay. The condo has had some updating in the kitchen particularly. It could ise a little more in the baths to be really stellar. When we arrived there were tons of flies in the condo. The first 24 hours we killed at least 25 flies. After that it wasn't a problem, perhaps because we used some cardboard to fix a window vent that was broken. The beds were comfortable. The location is great. We walked to Hideaways Beach each day and had some nice walks along the golf course too.

In the heart of beauty
Excellent stay in Princeville! Great accommodations in the heart of it all. The condo satisfied our needs, pool and hot tub were immaculate, crystal clear water (very little chlorine if any) which we thoroughly enjoyed in the evenings after the pleasant days on the beaches. The condo comes with everything you need on the beach including boogie boards, snorkel gear, and lounge chairs. The host was always available through text and promptly replied with any questions. We would surely stay again! Thank you!

Loved this home
The owners were very helpful with any questions. They were quick to respond. The house was the cleanest rental i have ever stayed in. We met some of the full time residents and Chris the property manager. They had true Aloha spirit. They sat and chatted or helped us know where things were in town. The property is very quiet. We went on some amazing walks starting from the condo. I would stay at this property again.

Kauai Vacation
Fantastic property in Princeville. The condo included everything you could ask for in a Kauai condo. Great kitchen, living area and bedrooms! Perfect access to the pool and grills. Beach chairs, snorkel gear and coolers! You name it, Marla thought of it! Loved the proximity to Princeville shops, Hanalei beaches/restaurants and Anini Beach and Kilauea Lighthouse. The Saturday Farmers Market was a special treat. Great location for our Kauai getaway. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again.

The property is in a small quiet community on the golf course. The morning views on the lanai with the sunrise and a cup of coffee were the perfect way to start the day. The condo was quite spacious for our family of 5. I loved how we had most of the amenities of home in the kitchen!

Y’all! The reviews do not lie! This condo was perfect for our family of 4! It was so clean, spacious, decorated beautifully and had ALL we needed and more. It was so nice to have the beach chairs and snorkel gear to use. The location is incredible - so close to all the great beaches and the beauty of the north shore is unbeatable. Hideaway Beach was our favorite! We loved the close proximity to the town of Hanalei as well. The owners messaged us during our stay to check in which was very nice. You will love it!

Perfect for our family!
I stayed at this condo with my husband and 2 kids, aged 6 and 9 for seven nights. It had everything we needed and more. The fins and snorkels and colorful beach towels were a bonus! As were the multiple coolers and beach chairs. The condo is super comfortable, it's honestly nicer in person than the pictures even show. The location is desirable as well, with walking attractions like Hideaways Beach and Queens Bath. Being close to the grocery store made the week super easy. Highly recommend.

Perfect for Families
Our family of six (my husband and I plus our three teens and my mother) had a wonderful stay at 422! The condo was spacious and clean and had plenty of room for all of us, including comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. The grounds of the condo community were lovely and peaceful, and we had fun picking different spots to walk to every day for sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Condo in Princeville Area - Kauai Island
We stayed at this condo during the month of June 2023 and loved it. Everything was as described, and we really enjoyed the stay. Condo is clean and has a nice pool and grounds. The condo was equipped with beach supplies and snorkel equipment as well. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We will be back!!

Great Spot Close to Great Beaches
We loved being walkable to our favorite beach on our stay, Hideaway Beach. This beach is gorgeous, great for kids and normally a hard beach to get to for most because of parking. Our kids also loved the pool. Thanks!

The property was very nice. Beautiful views of the grounds and golf course exactly as their pictures show. Condo was nicely updated. Bathroom floor tiles could use an update, but overall, very nice condo. It's right across from the pool which was really nice for afternoon dips in the hot tub. Met a lot of nice people at the pool during our 10 day stay. Lots of walking paths surround the property. Just a short 5 min walk at most to the point of the golf course to watch beautiful sunsets! Also, maybe a 10 minute walk down the road to Hideaway Beach. It's a small but nicely secluded beach. Our favorite was Anini Beach (about 5 miles from condo in total). Snorkeled there and saw some different fish and quite a few sea turtles. There were beach chairs and coolers provided in the condo which came in very handy. We wished for a beach umbrella as the sun got pretty intense at times on the beaches that didn't have much in the way of shade available. There was a Food Land grocery store (about a two mile drive) and they had pretty much anything you might need food/drink-wise. We cooked breakfast and most dinners at the condo and ate lunches while we were out and about exploring. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and very friendly. We recommend this condo and would stay here again on our next visit!

Perfect Stay in Paradise
We loved this property. The condo was in a great location in gorgeous Princeville. It was very spacious, nicely decorated, and immaculate. The beds were very comfy which is always a plus. The area was very quiet especially at night which is very important to me. Marla and Tyler were extremely responsive and attentive to any inquiry I had. They reached out every step of the way prior to the trip and during our stay to make sure everything was acceptable. I highly recommend this property and would positively stay here again if we were to travel to Kauai again. Thanks Marla and Tyler!

Great spacious condo!!
The condo is actually more spacious than it looks in the pictures. A lot of space for a family of three. The place is very neat and in a great location. Awesome sunset views from the golf course next to the property. We will surely revisit in the near future.

An excellent place conveniently located on the North Shore
Located in the Princeville area of Kaua'i this unit is spacious, comes with good beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, beach towels, coolers), well stocked kitchen and has air conditioning. There are a number of oils, condiments and spices left behind by previous occupants. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. One nit - the TV in the main bedroom didn't work well (lagged a lot).

Amazing location
I came with friends for my 30th birthday trip. It was amazing to be up on a bluff with beautiful views of the ocean, and also only a 7 minute walk to the coolest little beach, Hideaways. There’s a steep trail down, but it has shade from a huge avocado tree, a gorgeous polished black wall on one side, and turtles everywhere. One evening we saw as many as 10 turtles as soon as we got in the water with our snorkels. Its not a crowded beach, even in the summer. As for the house, it is stylish, clean, modern and has a great floor plan. The beds were so comfortable. The bedrooms don’t share a wall and because of how the bedrooms are situated, we were able to sleep one couple in the living room on the blow up mattress and it still was quite and private for them also.

We were two families with little kids (under 2) and it was decently child proofed with a large living room. Kitchen was decent, but we would have appreciated more pans for cooking. We enjoyed our stay here. Although it is an hour drive away from the airport and a 2 hour drive to waimea canyon state park from this place, it was decent stay. Would recommend this place if you primarily want to relax in princeville

Peaceful slice of paradise
The unit is exactly as described and expected and everything you need for a wonderful stay in north Kauai. It’s spacious, bright, updated and clean. Stayed here with my 8 year old and husband and it was a truly pleasurable stay. I took walks along the water and golf course in the mornings and we all enjoyed the heated pool at the start and end of each day. A 5-minute drive to the Princeville Center and 15 minutes to Hanalei, it’s provided us a great home base to explore the area. Only good things to say about the condo, the complex and hosts!

Amazing Kauai Home Base!
My wife and two kids (12 & 14) had an amazing time at Emmalani Court! Marla and Tyler were extremely communicative and responsive from start to finish and they made the entire process seamless. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean, very well appointed, and perfectly located for all of our North Shore adventures; a ten minute walk to the entry points for both Hideaways and Queens Bath and a quick drive to Hanalei and so many other gorgeous beaches. And you can’t beat the view from the bluffs behind the condos! Usually we just traveled light to the beaches (towels, snorkel gear, some sandwiches), but it was great to have the option of beach chairs and boogie boards, which we took advantage of at Anini Beach. The pool right across from the unit was a great way to relax after a day of adventures and nature. Oh, and as lovely as the Kauai breezes are, having the AC was a much appreciated added plus for our July trip! Mahalo for an incredible family vacation!

This rental is in a great location, nice walking trails, easy access to beaches via a quick drive or walk. The newly renovated pool is beautiful and often we were the only ones using it. Marla and Taylor are exceptional hosts . This place is amazing with great views and a serene ambiance. What mattered most was Marla was very accommodating about our schedule, we requested to check-in early and checkout late and Marla gave us that option , infact we were not charged for early check-in and late check-out despite us asking Marla to charge us. Marla made us feel very valuable keeping in touch with us and making sure we had everything necessary to make our stay enjoyable.

I’ve been visiting Kauai since the early 1980s when we found private condo rentals listed in the classified section of Sunset magazine. Everything is so easy now, with a code in the door making life extra simple by not needing to carry a key. Emmalani Court is truly the best ever, for many reasons. The property is very quiet. The pool is warm and beautiful. The location is excellent for walking to many of Kauai’s most splendid beaches. The owners are delightful and extremely helpful and responsive. We’ll definitely return to this unit someday, the sooner the better.

Excellent property, highly recommend!
This property is in a fabulous location in Princeville, the owners are amazing and take great pride in their home. It was incredibly clean and all the necessities for a great vacation are there! Walking down the golf course for the amazing sunsets and whale watching was a highlight! The community pool right across the parking lot was so clean and new feeling(recently renovated it seemed) and most of the time we had it all to ourselves! Taking the chairs and boogie boards to nearby Anini beach was such a fun day! Hanalei food and shopping was incredible! We have been to Kauai a number of times, but not to the North Shore, we will be back for sure! And we will definitely recommend Marla and Tyler's home to other friends and family that want to visit. 10/10!!!! Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise with us!
