Located smack in the middle of New Jersey's most historically significant and culturally revolutionary town, this home gives you access to the life of a true Princetonian. You are also guaranteed one parking spot in the back lot. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE This listing is on the second floor of a duplex, with a private entrance at the front of the building. There is a Ring doorbell cam at the front door, facing the street. HOUSE RULES OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 6 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the apartment, i.e. if a reservation is for 3 guests, it is expected that only up to 3 people will have access to the apartment. SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed. EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed. This includes gatherings of 6+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind. Similarly, this is a second floor unit with downstairs neighbors, so please keep them in mind. PARKING: There is a parking lot in the back of the building. You will be guaranteed one spot. Please ask ahead of time if you plan on parking two cars, as there may be a chance that an extra spot is available, though this is not guaranteed. DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not. By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay. PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing. PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $100 if you do plan on bringing a pet. The property is in an outstanding location, an easy walk to campus but also to restaurants, parks and everything we enjoy. Excellent communication from property manager, who without exception has responded quickly to our questions and requests. Immaculately cleaned and maintained. I grew up in Princeton and returned with my high school best friend to spend a week visiting friends. The apartment was very clean and had most everything we needed. It is walking distance to pretty much everything. There are steps to get to the main level and another set of stairs to get to the 2nd bedroom, so something to keep in mind if you have bad knees, older, etc. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Easy walk to Princeton campus, shops and restaurants, parks and Herrontown Woods. There are stairs to navigate from entry to the main living floor. The property is clean, light, and well-appointed. It is on 2nd floor with no elevator, which is fine for us and we enjoyed being up higher. but it would not be great if you have issues climbing stairs. No complaints at all, just info. This VRBO is a short distance from the Princeton campus and lots of restaurants and shops in a beautiful area of older homes. It is clean and spacious. It has an entry level and 2 other levels. With 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathes 4 people could comfortable stay here. The kitchen had all we needed, and the bathrooms had bath soap, shampoo, etc. Having a washer/dryer was a plus, too!
