I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the customer service. The staff was not welcoming at all, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. One particular issue I encountered was with the coffee. The hotel advertised 24-hour complimentary coffee, but when I went to get some, I found it to be old and more like cola than coffee. When I asked the staff to make fresh coffee, I was told that what was available was indeed the coffee, which was not up to par with what was promised. Additionally, I had to go up and down three times before the hotel staff finally made fresh coffee, which was a frustrating experience. Overall, my experience with the customer service and the quality of amenities like the coffee was not satisfactory.

Upon entering the lobby, I was initially disappointed by the hotel's dated appearance. However, the warmth and friendliness of the front desk staff encouraged me to give it a chance, and I'm glad I did. Despite the dated decor, my room was clean, albeit with outdated black carpeting. The standout feature of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional staff throughout the hotel. However, I did encounter some issues with the housekeeping staff, who disregarded my late checkout request despite the "do not disturb" sign on my door. While the service was generally good, it's worth noting that the facilities are in need of renovation to elevate the overall guest experience. Overall, I'd give it a solid 4 stars.

EXCELLENT stay! We frequent this property often and can’t say enough good things about it. The front desk staff, Asia and James and all of the rest of the team are outstanding! Housekeeping goes above and beyond. Great place to stay.

Love staying here when in the area. Friendliest staff hands down and hardworking housekeeping department make it a great place to stay. Have never had an issue. They go above and beyond to make it a very comfortable stay.

Absolutely love staying here. Always enjoy the nice quiet room, the wonderful staff at the front desk who greet you…I can not say enough good things about all of them. The very clean room is greatly appreciated. The hotel is not a 5 star hotel but it is quite comfortable for the price and clean which is very important. The breakfast however is an entirely different story. First off it must be included in your hotel rate. If not you do have the option to purchase the breakfast. The staff that runs this breakfast however stands there like the breakfast police watching everything you take and everything you do. No smiles. No good morning. Just eyes on you the entire time. We were very uncomfortable as was the table next to us. This is the one and only breakfast we will ever have there again. Definitely not worth it. Food is bland and fruit salad had brown marks on it. (On its way out) And to be clear the breakfast area/restaurant is not the hotels fault. They are two separate entities. Go for the hotel stay though, it is worth every cent. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the rooms.

A special shoutout to the front desk manager, Alisha. She just so happen to take my call when my accommodations needed to change due to a change of events for my son’s football tournament. She was very understanding, friendly, & willing to go over and beyond accommodating us all. And if you need room decorations for a special night, she’s your girl! I’ll definitely choose this hotel first if we should have anymore football tournaments!

I have left many positive reviews! I sound like a broken record but this hotel is top notch due to the wonderful staff. You are welcomed to the property by the nicest, caring staff you could ask for. The rooms are very clean. Beds are fresh and rooms are spacious. Some things could use updating but nothing major. Everything still looks nice. And I feel the rate we paid was very fair for such a nice, relaxing and quiet stay!

Excellent staff. Especially James and Asia who always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. Also housekeeping deserves recognition! Rooms are very clean and beds are very fresh smelling and cozy. This hotel is a great place to stay!
