Easy for travelers to reach. Excess to expressway, both on and off was very easy. And lastly the morning breakfast was excellent.

Front desk Reception clerk was prompt and courteous and gave us a nice clean, quiet King bed room on 4th floor. Reception clerk recommended a great Mexican restaurant called Campestre about half mile drive. Delicious food and priced reasonably. We have stayed here 2 or 3 times before and would stay again.

A lot of hotels that allow pets aren't very clean or updated. This hotel is. The room is pleasant, the mattress is nice, the staff was great and check in was easy.

The room was dated, no fan in the bathroom, entire room smelled funny. It’s an old hotel, the walls are paper thin. Furniture has stains. Found a dirty towel in the shower, so we are assuming it wasn’t cleaned. Not a good experience

I was very impressed with this hotel. We had a two queen bed suite with sofabed on the fourth floor, and the layout of everything was perfect. There was a privacy door between the room with the queen beds and the room with the sofabed, so we were able to watch two different tv shows at the same time, and I was able to reach the toilet paper without removing it from the holder or contorting my body into an unnatural shape. This will definitely be on my list of hotels to stay at again.

Four nights stay mother daughter. Ski trip. 25 to 30 minutes from the slopes. We did one bedroom suite with two queen beds and a separate living area just so we could have extra space to store things. Will book this exact type again in the future. It was perfect for our party of 3. Indoor pool was not really heated but the room was warm where the pool was so it was nice to sit on the side of the pool and put my legs in the pool after a long day of skiing.

I just hated the fact that they would not let me pay in cash for my reservation because I’ve done it at several hotels over the years and also the pool was out of order, which was one of the main reasons why we booked this hotel for Christmas

I am not sure exactly what happened that you were told we do not accept cash. We do accept cash upon check out but do require a cash deposit or credit card on file to guarantee your room. I do apologize for the pool being down. We have been closely monitoring it to keep it safe for all our guests.
Mattress was terrible. My husband and I both tossed and turned all night. And the english muffins on the breakfast buffet were as hard as a rock.
