« We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean and the bed confortable. The only problem was the significant gap under the door that let insects through. We ended up having an earwig in the bath tub and I woke up with one on my arm. Other than that, it was clean and quiet. The staff was very nice. »

« I like it was and that it had a great airconditioner and pet friendly. It was very hard to communicate will owners and staff. The room was so dirty we had to clean ourselves and the person in the room next to ours and a camera set up outside the window pointed right at us. Even asked us to move our vehicle so they could see better. I was happy to leave after that it creeped us ou t »

« This is a great value. Much cheaper than the other hotels. Outside of town but close to the freeway, it was quiet and my room was fine. Microwave, refrigerator, and air conditioner worked great. Comfortable bed with clean linen. I'll stay here again. »

« This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need. »
