### Prince Edward County Pond-Side Getaway! Family-friendly private oasis!

Relax with the whole family or friends at this private getaway on Mill Pond in Milford. A quiet and peaceful space to explore, the fully equipped two-story, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house is settled on a 4 acre property on a quiet road. Just around the corner from Mount Tabor Playhouse, Milford Fairgrounds & playground, natural falls (seasonal), a 12 min drive to Picton, 20 min to Sandbanks. With a firepit, full kitchen and plenty of indoor & outdoor spaces to unwind. Enjoy a great area of PEC!  
  
Located on 1.2 km long Mill Pond in Milford the property offers over 400 ft of pond frontage to enjoy the views! A cottage-style, newly updated house with air conditioning, 3 comfortable bedrooms, a full bath upstairs and a powder room downstairs alongside large capacity washer/dryer. Two south facing balconies (1 private off the master) a firepit, wildflowers, lilac and maple trees add lovely touches to the natural beauty. An easy location for walks and bike rides, a quiet road wrapping around the pond to bring you to the lovely bakery PECish, Mount Tabor playhouse, and the Milford Playgrounds. 12 minutes to the downtown of Picton and 20 minutes to Sandbanks. Enjoy this quiet oasis in a special area of PEC with this whole home rental.  
  
Bring your stand up paddle board and access the boat launch on the other side of the pond for a morning paddle or use the public rope swing for a fun swim!
