Just 11 minutes from the 401 to The County and you'll arrive at our spacious piece of paradise. This location allows you to relax from the hustle and bustle of busy life allowing you to enjoy cottage life style or make your way to the wonderful wineries, breweries, restaurants and shops that Prince Edward County has to offer with Three Dog Winery just 5 minutes away and Sandbanks Provincial Park 30 mins away. \> Enjoy your day swimming or taking either the canoe or a kayak for a ride down the shoreline. We supply one canoe and 4 kayaks with your stay. If you enjoy fishing , we are where it's at for catching walleye and bass! Want to spend a day at the beach... we also provide a Provincial Park Day Pass during your stay with us. Bring your bikes to tour the County while visiting breweries and wineries and the Millennium trail . If a winter getaway is what your after, take time to cozy up by the fire at the cottage after a day of cross country skiing or ice fishing, or just relax with a good book for some downtime. \> Enjoy a campfire in the firepit at the shore \> This open concept loft cottage features central air and heat, a full kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave & table for 6\. The loft has 2 queen beds that are separated by a divider wall and a sitting/lounge area on the landing with a pull out single bed. \>Outside, our large concrete patio is just steps from the Bay, enjoy your morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs while you watch the sun rise .Want to chill with a good book, our hammock by the water is a favorite for many. À 30 minutes de Sandbanks, mais ça vaut la route, qui est magnifique entre les deux. Le cottage était étincelant de propreté et tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin y est. Très confortable, nous avions accès au bord de l'eau, aux kayaks, aux jeux de camping etc. Le terrain est super bien entretenu et c'est ultra tranquille, la vue est magnifique. Les photos de l'annonce ne rendent pas justice à la magnificence de l'endroit! La paix et vraiment ressourçant! Le bord de l'eau n'est pas très baignable car beaucoup d'algues mais nous avions eu notre dose de toute manière à la plage de Sandbanks. À noter: L'épicerie la plus proche est à 20 minutes donc c'est à planifier. Pas de laveuse sécheuse ni de lave-vaisselle, mais on s'en accomode bien en vacances et ça se planifie bien! Truc: Faites le plein d'essence à Tyendinaga sur la route 49 (sortie 566 de la 401), c'est un territoire Mohawk et donc l'essence est vendue sans taxes. Grosse économie! Merci à Robert pour son accueil sympathique et aucunement envahissant malgré que le cottage est sur le même terrain que sa résidence principale. Le terrain est immense! Robert s'assure aussi que vous avez tout et que vos besoins sont complets. Vraiment, nous avons adoré nos vacances! ##### Annie G. The cottage was beautiful and spotless and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the waterfront and being able to walk in and splash in the shallow water. There was also lots of space the play outside on the large grassy lawn. Hosts were friendly and very easy to communicate with. We took advantage of the sandbanks pass provided and took a couple other day trips around the county with the kids and never felt like anything was too far from this location. The cottage was very well equipped in every aspect, very clean, comfortable beds and furniture, thoughtfully prepared with every detail considered for our stay! We are two senior women out for a kayaking adventure and felt the atmosphere so calming, relaxing and safe!
