This home can accommodate 8 adults (age 11+) and 4 children (age 10 and under including infants) as per the property's short term accommodation license. The Harrison is a historic home in Prince Edward County, located step away from Picton's Main Street. This incredible 4 bedroom whole home booking, includes both the Main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the Loft, a connected guest suite with 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Each unit has it's own kitchen and dining area and there is a shared outdoor space including a BBQ available for use. The perfect getaway for groups of friends or families to relax and reset with great food, wine, and make memories with those which you visit. Step outside, and you are a short walk to Picton, ready to visit the incredible breweries, restaurants, parks and shopping. STA # ST-2021-0283 A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in. This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property. Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in. Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit. Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
