Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Had to leave after being there for an hour because of how unsanitary and unsafe this place is. Cigarette holes in the blankets, used razors and mold in the shower, tv broken, holes in the walls, ceiling peeling apart, and crusty towels. When I went to grab something from the car my boyfriend and I were approached by a group of guys staying 2 doors down who wanted to fight someone because someone stole his car from the parking lot. Felt so unsafe, I had to take my little sister and leave to another hotel at night. The front desk would not give any kind of refund even though I paid for 3 nights and only stayed 1 hour. This place should be shut down (I heard afterwards it was already shut down once because of how unsanitary this place is).

This hotel is very cool. Very much appreciate the hospitality of the staff and the unique layout of the atrium. We had dinner and it was excellent! Highly recommend the all you can eat fish and chips on Wednesdays. The hotel could use a refresh, but it was charming nonetheless.

Everything was good

I really hate leaving bad reviews I'll start with that. And also the staff here was so kind and helpful, as much as they could be. The first room we were booked in had two queen beds and a pull out chair that turns into a small bed. The bottom part that holds up the folding mattress of this was broken. I had called in advance and asked about what sleeps five meant, and they said it could sleep about a 10 year old. When we get there and unfold it it's broken. You think they would have checked knowing that we were going to use it. So we check in, get moved to another room and everybody enjoys the water slides. Night one, room is hot and the AC is so loud and someone slams their door next to us or our bangs our door in the middle of the night so everybody wakes up once they finally falling asleep.. So sleeping proves difficult, we get a terrible sleep. Night 2, sleep is slightly better, I wake up and go to shower, find a cockroach. Proceed to clean up all my stuff and check out without dispute although they can't refund any time we've spent they won't charge us for what was going to be our third night there. You know they know it's a problem when within an hour you have all your stuff cleaned out and ready to go and there's already a pest control man sitting outside your door waiting to come spray. All this and the entire time we were there the lights were flickering every 2 to 3 minutes.
