Vila Mali Ive is a 2-family vacation rental house located in the hamlet of Vadalj, near the charming town of Primošten in Vodice, Croatia. The property boasts a private swimming pool (6 x 4 meters, 150 cm depth, available seasonally from May 1 to October 15), a terrace spanning 30 square meters with garden furniture, and an outdoor shower. Additionally, you will enjoy access to internet Wifi and parking facilities on the premises.

The property encompasses a vast 2,500 square meter area, offering ample outdoor space for your enjoyment. A terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area invite you to relax and savor al fresco dining experiences. The private swimming pool, surrounded by lush greenery, promises refreshing dips during the warm Croatian summer.

For your convenience, a supermarket is located just 3 kilometers away, while a restaurant is situated 5 kilometers from the property. If you seek a beach escape, a pebble beach is easily accessible within a 5-kilometer distance. Please note that an airfield is located 37 kilometers away from the vacation rental.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 4-room apartment that measures 85 square meters and is located on the 1st floor. The living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, and it leads out to a balcony. There are three bedrooms: two of the rooms each have a double bed and air conditioning, with access to a balcony, while the third room has a single double bed and air conditioning.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment features an open kitchen that comes fully equipped with two hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, two gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There are two showers/WC (bathrooms). Other amenities include air conditioning throughout the unit, two balconies measuring 10 square meters each with balcony furniture and deck chairs, a washing machine, and free WiFi internet access.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment offers a beautiful view of the sea. Please note that it has a private entrance, ensuring your privacy during your vacation stay. While the unit does not have a heating option, the air conditioning units in the living room and bedrooms should provide sufficient climate control for your comfort.
