« Immeuble design et bien rénové , malheureusement la piscine non chauffée est située coté nord , jamais au soleil! Eau glacée ; la péninsule de Mandalina est bien entourée par la mer , malheureusement ce ne sont que des zones portuaires ou des marinas pour bateaux , pas de baignade , d'ailleurs l'eau n'est pas claire »
