Needs to be updated

Posted 16-Jan-2017
As Primm Hotel and Resort owns all 3 hotels in Primm, it seems they are taking advantage of not needing to update, as the hotels aren't competitive. And it was the same pricing as on the 'strip' (this time of year), but, I understand that when people are driving into Nevada, they want a rest stop before hitting the strip, but, not worth it, as you aren't saving any money. Also, I called a few days after a visit to locate a gifted book, that was left in the room, but, the security person never called me back with a 'yes' or 'no'.

Don't stay there.

Lost our reservation and the way the staff handled it was ridiculously bad. Will never be back.

Mediocre Casino

Posted 14-Jan-2017
Valet worker was rude and unwelcoming. He could have said there was free valet parking and 99% of our interaction would have been better for both of us. By the time I spent 30 minutes dealing with him and parking, I found the check in desk....only to wait an additional 40 minutes in line to get my room. It was 11 pm on a Thursday - I hope this was not a typical situation! The room was okay, the bed was pretty comfortable but the shower head was too low (and I'm only 5'3"!!) and had poor water pressure.

Took over an hour for hotel staff to clean up vomit on the floor, we had to pass it coming in & out the restaurant even though we told several staff members. Customer service is at an all time low.

Nice Hotel

Posted 9-Jan-2017
Only stayed there one night but we were happy. The room was larger than I expected-it was roomy (two double beds). Clean hotel. I would stay there again.

Prime valley

Hotel was ok. Toilet overflowed and used towels to soak it up. Was to tired to complain. Reported it on check out. Probably won't stay there again. May try a hotel in Vegas next time

Avoid, if possible

Posted 8-Jan-2017
Room furniture was not clean and was never cleaned during my 3 night stay. Did not clean my room one day. Contacted front desk about it, no apologies. It was past midnight when I got back to the room, so there was no point waiting for them to find staff to come clean the room. Frequent wifi disconnects.

Uncomfortable beds

Posted 6-Jan-2017
Cons: The beds have a water proof cover on them, just under the sheets, very uncomfortable,
Once a nice hotel, now very tired and poorly maintained
