Disgusting, filthy and outdated

Posted 26-Aug-2016
First of all it's obvious that people have been adding phony reviews to artificially pump up the hotel ratings. Anybody who said they would recommend staying at this dump, is lying. The staff was incompetent, rude and checking in took forever (it was middle of night, on weekday, and it took over an hour to check in with only 4 people in front of me in line). Things only went downhill from there. Room was filthy, furniture was at least 20 years old and was in total disrepair. Towels felt like a loofah sponge on skin, bed was like sleeping on a flat rock and I was too afraid to use the shower. Even after calling and speaking to a manager (who was even ruder than front desk staff) I was dumbfounded that the upper mgmt of this property is nonexistent, or this is how they choose to treat customers and don't care about return business.

Hotel staff seemed to lack customer service.

Pros: The memories of taking my family their every year.
Cons: New management and people who care about the hotel.
Location: My family shops and i gamble.
At the check in, the manager could not find my reservation and luckily i had a copy of it in my car (30 minutes wasted) and then when we verified my reservation and went up to my room on the 12th floor (carrying my back pack luggage and hauling the family around) the keys did not work. We then hauled ourselves down to the desk again and they recoded my key and once again we hauled our tired and disgruntle family to the 12th floor and this time the keys worked and as i went in the room was already occupied ( i did not see any one but their computer and private stuff was on the bed. I went back to the front desk were i was givin a different room on the 11th floor. We were very exhausted by the time we got to the room, but the room was clean except for the dirty towel left on the floor and a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke detector.............I have always made Buffalo Bills my destination hotel every year and every year it has gone down hill, the uniqueness and ambiance it once held seems to have been allowed to slip in a very sad way.

Pros: A quick getaway from home.
Cons: Rooms could use some updating, they have been the same for years
Weekdays nothing to explore outside of gaming. That was no problem

Great price!

I took my nine year old son who though it was the best place ever! :-). He loved the buffalo shaped pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. Even though the hours for the arcade and rides are somewhat limited, he thought the potential was great. Plus, it has his two favorite places to eat open 24/7--McDonald's and Denny's. As for me, I appreciated that it was away from the craziness of Las Vegas, cheap, and offered simple, comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly. The rooms could sure use coffee makers, though!

looks like it wants to be fun

Pros: Location
Cons: check in speed. add more charging outlets by the lamps in the rooms.
Location: gamble
Check in took over 50 minutes to get from the check in line to my room. Only one lady checking in people and it took her about 10 minutes per guest. Mine took 8 minutes. Parking was a joke. The "free" lot is small and crowded. The valet lot is large and empty. The hallways are hot and stinky, the stairs lead down to the parking lot, but not back up to my room. Room was vacuumed on the center, but not around the furniture or edges. Only 1 plug in the room to charge my phone?!? Get some more plugs by the lamps.
