Cheap but comfortable and clean

Posted 30-Jul-2016
It was a nice stay. Service is not the kind that goes above and beyond understandably because of how big the hotel is but if you are looking for an aggordable place thay does the job, this is it! Would stay here again!

Long day driver in need of a comfortable bed.

Posted 28-Jul-2016
Not what I expected. Rooms were very out-dated. The beds were horribly hard. I had to notify front desk I wasn't happy & I was leaving to the other hotel across the ways. after driving 800 miles all I wanted was a comfortable bed to sleep on. Buffalo Bills is not the spot for comfort.

Worst customer service on earth

Posted 27-Jul-2016
Should have known when 75 people are in the check in line and 1 poor guy (who was actually pretty professional )at the desk......room ...when I finally got there...was comfortable enough...never did see a housekeeper. ....in my work, I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and this was the undisputed worst customer service I have ever endured! Buffet? Not open..monorail? Not open...elevator? Car not working. ..for 3 days...wow...can't wait to tell everyone I know. ...

Nice stopover before getting to Vegas.

We had a room in Vegas, but a day later than we wanted. Buffalo Bill's is okay for one night before heading to Vegas. Staff is nice and friendly.

Only stay here if you have to

Posted 25-Jul-2016
I reluctantly book this room because other friends & family were staying here. The price was ok but that is because this is not a good place. The room was in need of repair & cleaning: hole in the wall, carpet very old & frayed, molding coming off the wall in the bathroom, shower not draining well, old hair & debris in the corners, the TV was a small very dated box, and the bed uncomfortable. Many of the shops and eating places were closed, closed early, and short staffed, and this was on the weekend. The pool closes at sundown, which seems early. The air conditioner in the room worked good. The halls & elevator were very hot & dirty also. One of our family members in another room found a bug. If you plan to stay here lower your expectations.

MY stay at Buffalo Bills

Posted 25-Jul-2016
Hotel is very outdated. No amenities such as coffee pot, microwave or flat screen t.v. Did not agree with the suite fees of $24. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

A cool room

Room was nice and cool. The bed was comfey. Drinks in the casino were very good and readily flowed. They had a live band that was also fun.
