Nice small hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Some rooms are spacious, some very small. Our room on first floor was spacious. Our friends on second floor had small room and small bath. Good location in Milan. Restaurants and bars near. Tiny elevator!

The breakfast was pretty good and was included in our room rate, but the scrambled eggs were powdered eggs (they were terrible) and if you want fresh cracked eggs you paid 8-12 euros. We stayed in the presidential suite. It was very nice and large room and had a nice view of the Duomo. The outdoor balcony was very large too. Unfortunately, the lobby chairs and sofas need to be updated. They smelled bad and had stains on them. Otherwise, you are about a 10 minute walk from the galleria shopping area. Nice hotel and once they update the lobby furniture, it will be much better.

Fantastic stay and excellent breakfast. Quiet and zen atmosphere with a top italian class. Helpful and friendly staff that go all way out to make your stay a perfect one ! Well done, Bianca !

A complete gem. We would highly recommend. Only negatives were that there is no shop on site for any small amenities & the meal prices on site are a bit high. The property, views, rooms, service & amenities are first class all the way.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They are definitely one of the hotel's greatest assets. The hotel is very new and well maintained. I stayed in a suite with a large balcony overlooking both the lake and the surrounding mountains. The was spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The infinity pool and spa facilities were beautiful and created a very relaxing atmosphere, Although I only stayed for one night, I found myself wishing I had booked a longer stay. If I return to this area in the future, I will definitely stay for at least two nights. Highly recommended!
