Built above our family’s garage, this two-bedroom home is private, light-filled, and surrounded by nature, designed for relaxation in every season. Inside, you’ll find vaulted cedar ceilings, large windows, and an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The space feels bright and airy in summer and warm and cozy in winter, thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Step out onto the large deck to grill, dine, or enjoy a quiet morning coffee while snow settles on the pines. After a day exploring the lake, trails, or nearby winter recreation, unwind in the cedar hot tub. Soak beneath the trees, watch the light shift across the water, and let the stillness of Priest Lake settle in. It’s an especially peaceful way to end a winter day. Guests have access to our 69 feet of shared sandy beach and private dock, just a short walk down the path from the Treehouse. In the warmer months, tie up your boat (up to 24 ft), enjoy the fire pit by the water, or wade in along the shallow shoreline. In winter, the lakeside setting offers quiet walks, open views, and a true sense of escape. The Treehouse is located in Kalispell Bay, one of the most sought-after areas on Priest Lake. You’re close to the marina, resorts, hiking trails, and dining, yet tucked back in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. Priest Lake Marina: less than 5 minutes away (boat rentals, fuel, supplies) Hill’s Resort: a short drive or scenic walk for dining, drinks, and winter recreation Elkin’s Resort: 10-minute drive with lakefront dining and seasonal events In summer, spend your days swimming, boating, fishing, or exploring the lake’s many islands and trails. In winter, cozy up after snowshoeing or cross-country skiing along the shoreline, or take a scenic drive to Schweitzer Mountain, Idaho’s premier ski destination, about 1.5 hours away. We had 4 adults staying as 2 couples. It felt like plenty of space for all of us. The 2 queen beds were comfy and had plenty of pillows and blankets to use. I really appreciate the quality of the bath towels. Nothing feels better than a clean fluffy bath towel after a shower. The shower and toilet functioned well. It’s called the Treehouse. Be mindful that this place has stairs. 2 up onto the porch. In door. 3 up to a corner landing, then 15 up to the main living area. If you bring a lot, you’re going to be getting your exercise lol. But it’s worth it. The beach and dock were great. We have a 24’ chaparral. Didn’t have any issues getting tied up there. We would absolutely rent this place again! ##### Joni B. Unfortunately due to weather we didn’t get to spend much time outside with our two toddlers as we’d planned to do but we know it would’ve been amazing to spend our full day there by the water if we could’ve. My husband brought our family’s boat, too, which was so nice to have the option to keep it in the water during our two night stay. It was just too windy and cool to use it with the kids but we appreciated the dock access. Host communications were great: timely and friendly. There are wonderful views of the lake and the hosts allowed us to use their lakefront which is only 200 yards from the front door. This property is in a perfect location, with lake, beach and dock access. Owners couldn’t be nicer and very helpful. The house was so clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is very pretty, and there is direct access to the lake. The overall view of the lake is somewhat obstructed by the primary residence and some large trees. The immediate lake access is shallow water. Very nice unit but there are a lot of stairs to maneuver getting to the unit from the main level, which is a garage. Being on the older side, it was a bit of a challenge getting our gear up and down. ##### Tom S. High above a really sweet garage and surrounded by tall pines, it felt like a tree house. Huge deck with a nice grill that we used a few times. Nice decor inside and well appointed.
