Private View Home on Pend Oreille River with 200 foot of sandy beach, beachside campfire, and beachside steps. The house has 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 55 foot private boatable pier dock and a game/movie room. This home has 2 king bedrooms, one with a master walking shower bathroom and one with a 180 degree view of the river. The third bedroom has 5 single beds (2 bunkbed sets). There are two outside flat landings with outdoor chaise lounges and cushioned couches and a deck with outdoor dining overlooking the river. This home is designed for multiple generations of families to connect and make memories. There is plenty of spaces for everyone to experience the love of family and a retreatable area for introverted needs. For the outdoor enthusiasts there are 2 paddleboards, 2 supyak boards, and 2 kayaks. There is a wood firepit area for stores that seats 12\. This private cove is the perfect place to experiment with these fun water toys out of the main current of the river traffic. For indoor activities, there is a chess/checkers table, a ping pong/pool/ air hockey table ( not competition standard size). The 55 foot dock has a 120 power outlet at the end of the dock for boats or kids. The deck and docks have LED lights that and dusk to dawn lanterns. We loved the fact there were various areas to hang out and various things to do. The kitchen was large enough for us all to gather in and had all the equipment we needed to prepare meals. The kitchen was very well stocked and had lots of incidentals. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The deck had a wide variety of seating choices with multiple different seating areas. . We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the view. Enjoyed the fact we could take our 2 dogs. Was disappointed in two things. Picture of path to the beach does not reflect the steepness of the path or the uneven footing. My mom is 70 and has MS. There was no way she could even try to go down to the water. Felt badly the pictures led her to believe we could sit by the water. The second is a small complaint but we had looked forward to air hockey only to find there were no pucks. Clean, well organized, amazing views - the list goes on and on. It's obvious that this is not "just a rental" with the bare minimum provided, but the owners really care about their place and strive to make guests feel at home. The owners are quick to respond and easy to work with - they even went out of their way to lend us water toys for our dogs! :) We loved all the water toys provided and spent hours on the river. The views are spectacular.
