« My first and best vrbo experience. Host was wonderful. I was not familiar with the area. It was maybe not the best neighborhood but it was a quiet street off the main part of the city with families and an elementary school, safe and pleasant, kids playing outside, families. Everyone minding their own business. I stayed at least 2 weeks Lovely without issues. »

« We needed a place with privacy for each traveler for a company retreat, and this property offered that. Those who stayed said the property was older and had some cracks due to settling. There are ledges and steps that would make it difficult for those with mobility issues. Other than that, the place was a dream! « Great place! My husband and I travelled to Phoenix to watch a couple of baseball games and golf. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. The location was a 15 minute walk to Chase Field. 15 Minute walk to downtown area - close to a couple of breweries… The studio was clean and perfect for us. « The unit was very clean and spacious. The bedrooms were perfect and the beds are super comfortable. The two bathrooms really helped with getting ready in the morning.The location to ballpark was a perfect walking distance and it was just a short 25 minute drive to the golf course we played at. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area and a quick 10 minute drive to and from the airport.Great location overall. Would definitely stay here again! »

« Quiet enough except for being very close to the airport. some street noise...some airplane. it would be so much better with some dark or blackout curtains. especially in that front bedroom. the sun coming up before 6am directly into the front, east facing bedroom made for early mornings. but, comfortable enough, clean, the AC worked fine and it was .09 miles to the baseball stadium and just over 2 miles to the airport rental car center. worked for us. »
