Perched high on the hill at Prevelly, an easy stroll to beaches, Surfers Point and cafes, Margaret River Beach Studios are in a great location to explore all that the region has to offer. Relax in our mediterranean style, spacious, self-contained studios. With only two studios, guests have their own private courtyard with a beautiful view of the Leeuwin Naturaliste Ridge that captures that “Margaret River” feeling of where the “Bush meets the Sea”.

    Two separate Mediterranean style studios with a beach-side feel and look are fully self-contained with everything you need for a great holiday. Each studio has off-street parking and private court-yards that have a beautiful tree top outlook of the Leeuwin Ridge, home of the famous Cape to Cape walk track.

    Prevelly Park is Margaret River’s original favourite beachside township, a quite coastal, enclave with leafy streets, beach walk trails, cafes and the world famous Surfers Point & Rivermouth beaches. At Margaret River Beach Studios it is an easy walk to the beach for a swim or to Surfer’s Point & Rivermouth beach for a surf, as well as all the beach side cafes. With the Leeuwin National Park as a beautiful backdrop you are in a great spot to take the time and explore all the natural attractions of the area.

    We have two open-plan studios, each with their own private entrance, parking and courtyards, creating a private and relaxing atmosphere for your holiday. Both studios are spacious, feature jarrah timber floors, flat screen TV, free wifi, luxurious beds with quality linen and a modern, spacious en-suite bathroom.

    With the Leeuwin Nation Park at your backyard you can walk the Cape to Cape Walk tack, cycle to Margaret River on the bicycle trail or play a game of golf at the near by Margaret River Golf Course.

    It is only a 5 minute drive to Caves Road, which is the main tourist route to explore the region and visit all the world famous wineries, galleries and caves the south-west is famous for.

    Prevelly Park is only a 10 minute drive from Margaret River townsite for shopping and restaurants.

The studio was set up very well. The decor is tastefully done. Had everything you need for a great getaway. The location is good. Easy work to beach, cafe and general store. Communication with the owners was very good. Will definitely stay there again.

Perfect location!

My partner and I had such an amazing time at Lauren’s place. It has everything we need and we loved the private outdoor area we had. The studio was in a great location and despite being attached to the main house it still felt very private. The studio was super clean and organised which made our stay so enjoyable! Would definitely stay again

Gorgeous unit , very large space , bed was very comfortable great bathroom. Small kitchenette perfect for our needs. Walk to the beach and cafes. Highly recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed a fabulous five day stay in the wonderful Margaret River Beach Studio. The studio is in a fantastic location, close to the beach and walking distance to local amenities. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and the check-in process was simple. We would highly recommend the Margaret River Beach Studios.

Easter long weekend stay in Prevelly

My partner and I, made a quick decision to go to WA for Easter long weekend from Sydney. We found Lauren & Kim’s studio apartment right near the beach in Prevelly. We enjoyed our stay the apartment was clean and tidy. Lauren & Kim were easy to communicate with if we needed something! Great stay would recommend !

FANTASTIC PROPERTY - GREAT LOCATION
