Nestled in a quiet peppermint tree-lined street just 500 metres from the sparkling shores of Prevelly Beach, Peppi Hollow offers the perfect blend of comfort, simplicity and coastal charm. Sleeping up to 4 guests, this peaceful 2-bedroom 1-bathroom studio-style retreat is ideal for couples, small families or friends looking to unwind in nature while staying close to the sea.   
  
The Space  
The modern, well-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze and flows effortlessly into the open-plan living and dining area, complete with a TV and dining table. A sliding glass door leads from the living space out onto a private undercover patio, where you’ll find an outdoor dining setting and a BBQ - ideal for relaxed alfresco meals surrounded by the scent of peppermint trees.  
The main bedroom features a king size bed, while the second bedroom includes two comfortable king single beds - perfect for a restful night after a day exploring the coast. The bathroom is simple and functional, with a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.  
  
Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning coffee on the patio, a beach day just down the road, or a sunset BBQ under the trees, Peppi Hollow is the perfect base for your next Margaret River getaway.  
  
Other things to note:  
Main House: please note this studio sits on the front of the property, behind is the main house where the owners live. Swell Stays are the Managers of Peppi Hollow and there is no need to contact the owners during your stay.  
Linen: linen is included in your stay.  
Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

We drove to Margaret River to see the spectacular beaches and to do some wine tasting and little did we know that the Margaret River Pro Drug Aware surf competition was on - so one morning we parked up really early at 7am and watched the ladies surf the whole day! It was absolutely phenomenal! And the event was for free too :) awesome right?! Also very stoked to have taken a photo with the winner of the men's competition: De Souza.
