Cependant, il faut noter que le logement est très bruyant de part la proximité directe avec la rue, des fenêtres mal isolées et des murs trop fins qui laissent entendre les voisins. Prévoyez des protections auditives ainsi qu'un masque de nuit pour dormir tranquille. »
