Situated in the peaceful and rural village of St Michaels in the Borough of Wyre, close to Preston town centre. The village has a restaurant and lovely riverside walks. Enjoy a quiet holiday by taking advantage of the great living space and garden area or venture out and visit the local area.  
  
This property is in a great location for various attractions. Manchester and Liverpool can be reached in about an hour by car, whilst Blackpool’s beaches, illuminations and attractions are 10 miles away, with a regular bus service if required. All the charms of the Lake District National Park are also an hour away. A warm welcome will always await you at Hornby Cottage, its ideal location and spacious accommodation will be sure to bring you back to create more happy memories!

#### Fantastic property, great location, reasonably priced.

Beautiful 4 bedroom property, spacious bedrooms, lovely views, everything you could need for a longer stay. Ideally situated for visiting Blackpool & The lake District. Really easy check in. Absolutely magical time! All the comforts of home and great hosts! We would highly recommend.

#### Quaint Cottage

Hornby Cottage turned out to be the perfect location for a family of 7\. With 4 bedrooms there was plenty of space. The back garden was charming and we enjoyed our time outside and the cows peeking over the fence as well.
