Located in the heart of Prescott Valley, 5 minutes from Toyota center and 15 minutes to Prescott Town Square, everything you need for a great adventure in central Arizona. Day trips to Sedona, Jerome, Arizona wine country, lots of parking for your toys. Hot tub, climate controlled zen den and sauna to take care of yourself and feel great! Fully stocked kitchen. Great work area set up in the 3rd bedroom. High speed wifi. Big TVs in living room and master bedroom. Netflix, Hulu and Amazon.
The space
Perfectly decorated, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home that will make you feel right at home - but better. The backyard is an oasis to barbeque, eat outside, sit outside, soak in the hot tub, meditate or do yoga in the zen den and work out the kinks in the sauna.

Perfect for our family
2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 grandkids 7&2. House was clean, comfortable, well supplied and located near everything we could ask for. Plenty of room for everyone, and plenty of things to do with games, zen den and hot tub. Open and available garage was a plus! Owners were attentive and responsive. Will stay here again!!!

The house is on a quiet street and the backyard is a perfect getaway to watch the sunset in the jacuzzi or detox in the heat sauna. We cooked at the house, played board games, and never left until it was time to bid farewell to the home.

Prescott Valley House
Lovely home with all the right amenities including a hot tub! Very clean and comfortable. East access to hiking and biking trails, several golf courses, restaurants and bars,and all the surrounding area into and around Prescott. Lots of shopping, if interested. The hosts are very responsive if you have any questions or need anything. We enjoyed the place immensely and would come back again!

Lovely Oasis
Such a heartfelt getaway -- surrounded by complimentary coffee, beautiful decor, peaceful landscaping, and everything one needs for a spa-away-from-home get-away. The outdoor sauna room and hot tub were such special amenities to have. We felt spoiled the minute we walked in! Thank you, Kim and Jim, for being such wonderful hosts and providing such a lovely home!

Great Home and Location! A++
We enjoyed our stay. The house has 3 bedrooms, sleeper sofa and 2 full baths that accommodated 7 people. The house doesn't have basic cable. A firestick is used for TV watching. The bedroom with the trundle bed closet is locked and can't be used. Both beds were needed, so finding space for luggages, other travel bags, purses, etc. in the room was a daily task. I had a few issues at the house (firestick and hot tub) that required contacting the homeowners. Jim was very nice and prompt in helping resolve the issues. I would definitely rent this home again. You will not be disappointed if you rent it.

This was an impressive property. The hosts are super nice and easy to deal with. The place is clean, spacious, and well kept up. It also has some really nice amenities that you don't often find. The check-in and check-out process was simple as well. We highly recommend this property.
