It has plenty of pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and stocked with your basic spices and oils. \*\*Note: Be sure to purchase groceries before heading up the mountain! Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom, located on the main floor, highlights a plush King-sized bed. This room features an ensuite bathroom, a closet area, and a large double door with windows to view Thumb Butte. Second Bedroom: This bedroom is located on the second floor and features a king-sized mattress and a private deck to enjoy the local wildlife cruising through the yard. Third Bedroom: This bedroom is located on the second floor and features 2 custom made log twin bunk beds, creating the perfect kid hangout spot Fourth Bedroom: This bedroom is located downstairs and features 2 custom made log twin beds and just outside this room there is a second living room equipped with a large flat screen HD tv with board games and a shuffleboard for endless amounts of laughter and enjoyment. Bathrooms: This home has a private bathrooms located on the main floor that is attached to the Master Suite. Upstairs is a second bathroom with a tub/shower combo as well as an electric Sauna. A full bath is located downstairs, also with a standup shower. Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience. Propane Grill: There is a propane grill onsite for your convenience. Washer/Dryer: The cabin has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience located in the laundry room area. The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest. \*\*NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety Other things to note While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience! BEFORE BOOKING: please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. The property manager was very nice and attentive. The house could use some TLC - i.e. fixing window blinds, replacing burned-out light bulbs, and updating patio furniture. But, we would recommend this property to large groups/families - we truly enjoyed our stay. ##### SANDRA M. Séjour de 2 nuits en mars 2023 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Louis S. 25 mars 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Overall Pleased But Some Attention Is Needed We visit Prescott often and have our regular cabins, but for this trip we had some friends and needed something bigger, so we landed on this cabin. The cabin is very nice, tons of space, nice amenities, wonderful location; our families had a blast. The cabin was clean on the inside, but it needs some attention. We plan on staying here again, so this is not intended to be a negative review, but to point out some areas needing improvement. - There was all sorts of trash outside when we checked in; beer cans,. broken snow sleds, and for some reason burnt coals on the front porch. It didn't bother me all that much, but I am very respectful of the owners of all the cabins I stay in and was more concerned with being blamed for something I did not do. And it was a little off-putting as a first impression. The housekeepers need to check the outside as well. - The master bedroom had blinds over the sliding glass door that didn't work and were missing slats. That was a bummer. - The master bedroom bathroom door that leads to the main hallway as well as the bedroom door did not close all the way, so that was uncomfortable when you have other guests in the house. We did contact the owner / manager who answered the phone, but naturally there wasn't much he could do in the moment. We had to prop our luggage up against it to keep it closed. - When we opened the cabinet under the sink, the door fell off and I had to try and fix it. - We couldn't get the lights in the dining room to turn on, which was a bummer as we wanted to all eat and play games in there. There were other lights, but it wasn't ideal. I sent a message to the owner / manager through VRBO and never got a response. - The WiFi was terrible, kept losing connection and many times couldn't connect at all. I understand we're in a remote area, but other cabins we stay in don't have this problem. Maybe try another service. - The bedroom door downstairs with the two twin beds did the same thing as upstairs, would not close. This cabin is not cheap, for three nights I spent 1.5 times what I pay for my mortgage, I just think a little TLC would make this a 5 star stay. I would stay here again. ##### Louis S. The home is located up a hill, on a curvy road. Luckily we had no weather, but I imagine if there was any, it would be challenging to get to. The home was as described. It was more than we needed (a party of 4) but would be a great location for a large family trip or a large group. The home was furnished with many cabin-like decorations. Personally, I found the taxidermied animals disturbing. The wifi was spotty, but we were ok with that, as we were enjoying the time with one another. Lots of activities to do, from shuffleboard to connect four. The beds were comfy and the interior of the home was clean. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again. ##### Mandy M.
