This cozy horseshoe bungalow is located in downtown Prescott. We’re a a half mile (10 minute) walk to the Courthouse Square & Whiskey Row. The Rodeo grounds is 1 mile away and Prescott College right across the street. Hiking, biking, fishing just 5 mins away! We offer a private fenced in yard with patio. Our unique Vrbo indulges in the Wild western decor, including 1 bedroom, sofa bed, 1 bath and full kitchen. Traveling with others? Book The Cowgirl & Cowboy Hideaway too! This unit is located in the front of the property with a private fenced in patio and seating. We have a keypad for self-entry and easy access to the home. Parking is available for free, behind the unit. Our home is decorated in a Wild Western theme to enhance your Prescott experience at the Horseshoe Hideaway. We have a record player in the living room which is also a bluetooth speaker. The home has a full kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kueirg with coffee pods, creamer, sugar and is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, cups, etc. Two tables with chairs are available for dining or for a workspace. A Smart TV is available in the living room for use during your stay. This unit has one bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed, a night stand with cell phone chargers are available for use during your stay. A second bed is available in the sofa couch located in the living room which includes sheets, blanket and pillows. A washer and dryer are available for use during your stay and are located in the closet. Our home is professionally cleaned with a local cleaning service to provide excellent sanitizing and cleanliness standards. This unit can be converted into a full home by booking the adjacent unit called "The Cowgirl Hideaway" Please see that listing for calendar fo availability and book it directly through the listing. A privacy door separates the units and cannot be opened by the other guests. The wall is sound proofed for a comfortable stay. Additional Information/House Rules: \- Refunds: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds outside our cancellation policy. We recommend purchasing trip insurance through VRBO for any unexpected changes to your reservation. \- Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly rental, and our VRBO includes a pet basket with pet amenities. There is an additional charge for pets. Please note that there are shared walkways where you may encounter other guests or their pets. We do not allow pets to bark excessively inside or outside the home, and we ask that you do not leave pets with separation anxiety in the rental while you are away, as it can disturb other guests. We do not allow pets on the beds or furniture as it is difficult to remove pet hair from the linens. Pets are not authorized to defecate or urinate inside the home; there is a $250 fine for defecation or urination within the property. Owners are responsible for any damage or lost items caused by their pets. \-Smoking Policy: We allow smoking outdoors only, with all windows and doors closed. There is a $500 fine for smoke odor that is left in the home. \- WiFi: Stay connected with our high-speed internet. Please note that connectivity may fluctuate during seasonal changes, such as monsoons. \- Fire Ban: During fire season, Prescott may have fire restrictions in place.
