Stag’s Leap Lodge is a private, beautiful, and clean custom cabin nestled in a well known private tall pines’ neighborhood. Upon arrival you will be greeted by the cozy front porch which hosts inviting and comfortable seating. Conveniently located just a short 10-minute drive from the famous downtown Prescott Courthouse Square and Famous Whiskey Row. There you can enjoy the history, shopping, restaurants, museums, and live entertainment. This spacious property is roughly 3,200 square feet and has 4 spacious cozy bedrooms appointed with luxury linens. No trouble finding a bathroom as there are 3 full bathrooms available. New carpeting throughout the house. The primary bedroom is complete with a new King bed and 60” smart TV. It also has a chest of drawers and walk-in closet; you could unpack and stay comfortably for months. The elegant ensuite bath will provide relaxation with a garden tub and separate shower which closes off to make a steam room. Two more bedrooms with Queen beds and luxury linens as well as their own smart TV’s are also located on the main floor. The 4th Queen bedroom which also features luxury linens for your comfort is downstairs adjacent to the game room and built-in bar. The game room has a regulation pool table with new felt, card table, and a 75” smart TV, as well as a 32" TV - both direct TV. There is also a Nintendo Switch game console as well as an XBOX and PS2 (bring your own games.) The large modern kitchen is completely stocked with all of your cooking tools and essentials. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances to include a dishwasher. All dishes and linens are provided, just bring food and clothes. Full size Washer and Dryer laundry room downstairs. The dining room opens out onto the upper deck with 2 patio sets (one with gas firepit) with seating for 11, heat lamp, and conversation area with extra-large weber propane grill. This deck overlooks a forest area with no immediate rear neighbors and a seasonal babbling creek. The living room is warm and inviting with a comfy couch and three sitting chairs to enjoy chilly evenings around the gas fireplace. Stag’s Leap Lodge has high speed mesh WIFI. The property is equipped with central heat and air conditioning. This property does accept dogs but the owner prefers them to be small (less than 20 pounds). This property which sits of a very large lot and is located in a high-end tall pines area with other custom homes/cabins. One of the finest vacation rentals you will find in the Prescott area!
