This three bedroom, two bathroom home is surrounded by Ponderosa Pines and wildlife. The home has a large open space floor plan, perfect for entertaining and family gatherings. It features a 65 inch Tv, a wood burning fireplace, pool table and slot machines. The artwork featuring local nature and serene colors throughout the home allow guests to fully immerse themselves into the natural surroundings. Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Annual Courthouse Lighting in Arizona’s Christmas City, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, bring your chairs, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square. Numerous one-of-a-kind restaurants and coffee shops downtown offer culinary delights for everyone from carnivores to vegans and to those who are gluten free. Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 2-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 15 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy! INSIDE THE HOME Living room: This large open space provides plenty of room to spread out while still being near those you love. You will find the TV area has comfortable couches to sink right into and watch a movie. The TV is set up to the internet allowing guests to log in to their favorite streaming accounts. You can enjoy a friendly game of pool with friends, enjoy the slot machines, play a card game at the kitchen table or enjoy a conversation at the kitchen bar while dinner is cooking! There is a wood burning fireplace for guest use, firewood is provided. Kitchen: With the open space floor plan guests can mingle with friends and families while preparing meals. The kitchen is fully stocked. Appliances include, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, gas oven/stove, toaster oven and blender. Bathroom 1 : The bathroom includes shower/tub combo, vanity and plenty of storage. The bathroom is stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for guest use. Master Bathroom: This bathroom features a full size shower and vanity. T he bathroom is stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for guest use. Master Bedroom: This bedroom features a queen size bed, dresser and a walk-in closet. There is a private entrance to the screened porch. Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen size bed, dresser, closet and small seating area. Bedroom 2: This bedroom features four twin sized beds and closet space. Laundry: This home features a laundry room accessed just off the main living area. Laundry supplies are available for guest use. OUTSIDE Totem Lodge features a large, covered deck that includes an outdoor dining table, propane grill, propane fire pit and outdoor fan. There is a separate fully screened deck, making it perfect for escaping the summer pests while still enjoying the forest breeze. \*Other things to note:\* ​​​​​​​ ALL-WHEEL DRIVE AND/OR 4WD IS REQUIRED IN THE WINTER. A TRUCK/SUV WITH AWD/4WD IS ALL THAT WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY DUE TO THE ROAD CONDITIONS IN THE WINTER. Spent the long weekend at the totem lodge playing board games and pool with my family! Loved the large open area living room, dining room, and kitchen. Also loved the covered patio! There were a handful of things that I wish were improved. A few times my son dropped a toy on the ground and we were surprised to see so much dust under the furniture. Also disappointed that we couldn't get the master TV to work and that the shower had very slow drainage. By the time we finished showering we were standing in a pool of water. We loved the bird feeder outside but had to venture to Walmart to buy some bird seed so we could enjoy it. We also couldn't enjoy the fireplace outside because there wasn't enough propane. The patio needed to be hosed off before arriving. There was a lot of dust and yellow pollen all over and we had to wipe furniture down before sitting on the patio. The house is just as advertised, only it was actually bigger than it looked. Everything was well maintained and we were stocked up with bathroom and kitchen necessities. Our key code didn’t work when we arrived but the property management office took care of it within minutes. We replaced the propane tank so we could use the grill and outdoor fireplace. It snowed while we were there and it was so pretty. Some minor things we noticed that there were dirty dishes and some in the dishwasher, there was laundry left in the washer and dryer. The backyard is not fenced all the way so it’s open and anyone can come in or out. The garage code didn’t work but we found a garage opener. The keypad also didn’t work when we arrived and it took about 10min on the phone figuring it out with the rental service but they were nice and eventually we got in! There wasn’t a lot of kitchen supplies so bring your own if you plan to cook. Some spices and there was coffee and coffee filters but not a lot more than that. Not sure the cleaning service is as thorough as it claims but it was good enough for us and we made it work. Overall some minor issues but we had a really great time and would stay again! ##### Joscelyn B. If you need to go into prescott proper plan on 20 minutes. Wi-FI worked ok. Cell service is almost non-existent. Cleanliness was ok except the couches. Under the couch cushions was gross. We only checked under because we thought the couches may have been pull-outs, they are not btw. The full size 4.5'x9' pool table with good cues was nice. Overall nice and quiet. ##### Joseph K. Stayed 2 nights and payed twice as much as I expected because of all the fees. A week stay may be more worth the fees. We had a great stay and it was stocked with everything we needed and more. Both baby gates on porch (laches were broken) and the corn hole game was broken but Im sure that is due to other guests being dis-respectable of other peoples property. The house was clean on arrival, and we loved the open concept. There were multiple things we found wrong with the property throughout the weekend. 1) The grill failed to work on the first day. We had to go to Home Depot and purchase a new breather valve. We managed to get the grill working on the second night. Reached out to PMI Rental, no response. 2)At 3AM, one of the fire alarms were chirping. Without any spare batteries in the house, we had to take it off the wall 3)The tub next to the bathroom was clogged After checkout, I reached out to the Rental Agency (PMI) and explained the situation. They told me that after the check out inspection, the grill melted the balcony, and that the tub was caused from debris in the drain. They did apply a discount ($90) but was going to subtract it from the damages done to the balcony by the grill. My party is very upset that we are being blamed for these damages. The grill is placed in a spot, and we used the grill in the same exact spot as it was advertised. How are we supposed to know it is going to melt the balcony? Apart of the rental cost, you purchase a $1500 insurance policy in order to cover damages. They refused to issue us the discount back on our credit card, and run all the damages under the "insurance policy". Why have an insurance policy if your just going to charge the rental party? Communications with PMI was HORRIFIC. After speaking with a representative named TJ, he explained he would call me back with more information and also send me an email explaining everything. No call back, no email. I ended up having to call him twice in order to get more information. Overall, fantastic property!
