This cabin is only 3 miles from Goldwater Lake, with trail access directly to the lake! The large deck gives almost a panoramic view of the pines, and has plenty of seating options to enjoy a relaxing morning cup of coffee, or a glass of wine under the stars. And with plenty of space to roam, children will love the opportunity to explore! The Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms located upstairs on the main floor. One bedroom contains a queen sized bed, and the other room has two very comfortable twin beds. The "Master Suite" is located downstairs. You must walk outside from the main floor to enter this room. It contains a soft, king size, tempurpedic bed. The couch in the "Master Suite" is a pullout bed with a full sized mattress. This room is perfect for a couple with a young child-allowing the child to sleep in the room with them, but not in the bed with them! The Bathrooms: There is one full bath located on the main level with both a shower and a bathtub. The "Master Suite" has its own full bathroom with a shower (no tub). You have to go upstairs to access the main level of the home. There is a keyless entry for the main level, but the downstairs Master Suite does require a key, which is provided in the Welcome area inside the home. There is both covered and open parking spots, which will comfortably fit three vehicles. Check-in time is at 4pm, but we will message you as soon as the home is ready just in case you’re already in town :) We wish to give you privacy, however we live locally and are available if you need anything :) This cabin is located in a quiet and peaceful cabin neighborhood. \* The main level of the home is equipped with AC and Heating, with each bedroom and kitchen have its own separate system. The bottom master suite does not have central heating, however a portable heater is provided and heats the room extremely well. \*Extra Portable heaters are also provided for each room, which work very well for those chilly nights. Pet Fee: We do charge a small pet fee of $10 for your entire stay. This amount helps cover the cost of continual carpet cleaning and pet supply replacement. Miles To: Goldwater Lake: 3 miles (there is a hiking/biking trail from the home to the lake) Downtown Prescott: 6 miles Walmart: 9 miles Safeway: 6 miles Looking to surprise your friend or significant other? We can help! We offer two special occasion packages that will be set up prior to your arrival. It’s a fun surprise and we love doing it! \-Birthday Package: $40 / includes a stuffed animal, a sign, balloons, and candy \- Anniversary/Valentine’s Package (2 options): #1: Something small: $60/ includes heart swan towels, fake rose pedals and candles, a sign with a personalized note, a box of chocolate, and champagne/sparkling cider. #2: Something Big: $80/ includes heart swan towels, fake rose pedals and candels, a sign with a personalized note, a box of chocolate, champagne/sparkling cider, a large bear, and heart balloons. We had the chance to spot deer, squirrels, and even a few curious birds right from the comfort of the balcony. Inside, the vacation home exudes a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The interior design is tastefully done, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. The living area was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby hiking trails. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. The bedrooms were cozy and provided a peaceful haven for a good night's sleep. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were of excellent quality. Waking up to the sound of birds chirping and the soft sunlight streaming through the windows was a truly rejuvenating. The host of this vacation home rental was exceptional. From the moment I made the reservation until the day of check-out, they were responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in ensuring a memorable stay. It was the perfect home and setting. The home is cozy with an amazing kitchen, deck, and everything else. There were deer and javalinas roaming the property which everyone loved watching.
