This luxurious, concrete & iron three bedroom, two bathroom home was built into the boulders with natural waterfall features, awe-inspiring views and a hot tub. The home provides a grounding & healing space with an amazing Arizona backdrop. The passive solar home provides guests with a gourmet kitchen, outdoor pizza oven, grill and meditation space. A perfect, serene space for travelers. Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Listen to the rustling of the pine trees as you relax on the lovely deck, Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square. Bring your chairs or blanket, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square. Numerous one-of-a-kind restaurants and coffee shops downtown offer culinary delights for everyone from carnivores to vegans and to those who are gluten free. Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 2-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is 1 1/2 hours away, Jerome is 1 hour and Flagstaff 2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 25 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy! INSIDE THE HOME Living room: The open concept living room features plenty of windows to allow the natural light fill the space. Guests may enjoy their evening by the fireplace while streaming their favorite shows on the Smart TV. The living room features French doors that open to a view of Thumb Butte. Kitchen: A lot of thought has gone into stocking this home to provide you with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. Appliances include refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, electric kettle, oven and more. The kitchen features large windows that encourage guests to enjoy mother nature. There is counter space that seats four. There is also a dining table for eight guests. Bedroom1: This bedroom is located on the main level of the home. It features a queen size bed, bedside tables, dresser and closet space. There are French doors leading to a natural waterfall feature and private outdoor shower space. Please note the outdoor shower has cold water only. Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located on the second floor. It features a queen size bed, bedside tables, sofa, chair and dresser space. This room has a deck on each side of the room for fabulous views of the sunrise and sunset. Bedroom 3: This bedroom is located on the second floor. It features a full size bed, bedside lamps, closet space and a designated work space. The room features glass doors with a private walkway overlooking the living room with views to the outside. Bathroom 1: This bathroom is located in the master bedroom. It features a walk-in shower, double sink vanity and private toilet. It is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bathroom 2: This bathroom is located on the second floor. It features a shower/tub combo, single sink vanity and toilet. It is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bathroom features a sensor to alert the tankless water system to start heating the water. Laundry area: Hidden in the kitchen, you will find the washer and dryer with a supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use. OUTSIDE Haven at the Preserve is a nature lover\`s dream, the architect wanted the home and nature to peacefully coexist. Guests are encouraged to open windows & doors to allow for natural air flow and serene sounds throughout. The front of the home has several stairs leading to the front door with built-in seating and a waterfall. The outside deck features comfortable seating, wrapping around to an outdoor dining table and down the rock stairs to the grilling area. This area features natural rock seating, tables, a grill and a wood-fire pizza oven with ambient lighting. The back door opens to a covered patio offering built in seating with a small bistro table. There are stairs leading to the soaking tub surrounded by Granite Boulders. Alongside of that is a space for morning yoga or meditation. \*Other things to note:\* The driveway is on the steeper side, however there is ample parking for two cars in the driveway and two cars in the garage. The home has AC in the upstairs area and a mini-split in the master bedroom, please note the living room and kitchen do not have air ducts directly to them. This property is a must see beautiful architecture, uniquely nestled in the boulders with views from every direction. Our stay was during Christmas which is also my daughter’s birthday. This house was AMAZING and was everything we needed to host Thanksgiving. It's just my husband, our 16yr old daughter and our 18yr old son. What perfect accommodation for us. The hot tub was perfectly hot, the pizza oven was so fun to use (we make pizzas at home regularly and our son was dying to have good pizza with us again), the bedrooms were perfect, and the kitchen is FULLY stocked!!! AND you can't beat the views! Talk about the best sunsets and sunrises!! The location can't be beat either. Anything you need is no more than a few miles away. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Prescott, and we will keep it on our. List of places to book again. ##### Cheryl U. Our favorite part was the several spots outdoors to sit back and enjoy the view, some in the shade, some in the sun, all pleasant. The kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub a joy, the beds comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and pleasant. Beautiful property less than a 5 minute drive from Whiskey Row but you feel like you are in the trees far from town. The beds are terribly uncomfortable, but other than that it is a great property in a beautiful location that really can't be beat. The house is unique and has views from every room! This home was fantastic with beautiful views of the Prescott Forest mountains and Thumb Butte! Lots of unique outdoor spaces to relax among the boulders. The house is so unique and has many places to take in views and chill. It was an 7min drive down to Whiskey Row and all the fun shops and delicious food. It was very easy to hop out and about and come back to recharge at the house. Great night sky views and a safe beautiful neighborhood. I personally loved how all the houses were built among the bolders, probably my favorite thing about staying there. Binder with instructions and recommendations was good to have. We drove here to Prescott and when we pulled up to the house we were amazed at how beautiful it is. We relaxed, enjoyed the hot tub, the pizza oven and made a fire and played games.
