This three bedroom, two bathroom home with neutral décor, an open floor plan and a dreamy backyard will make you swoon. It is perfect for family and friends with plenty of room to gather in the game room or enjoying the backyard. Dreaming on Delano is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Historic Downtown Prescott, Thumb Butte and Watson Lake are just minutes away. Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, bring your chairs, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square. Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 1-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 20 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy! INSIDE THE HOME Living room: A perfect gathering place to read, watch tv and cozy up after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. This open space allows guests to mingle while relaxing, preparing meals and dining. It features a gas fireplace with views of the beautiful backyard. Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. Appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove/oven. Bathroom 1: Located off the main living area, it includes a shower/tub combo, vanity and toilet. It has been stocked with all the necessary towels. Master Bathroom: Located in the master bedroom, it features a private toilet, walk-in shower, garden tub and walk-in closet. It has been stocked with all the necessary towels. Bedroom 1: This bedroom features two twin beds with an additional trundle, lamp and plenty of storage in the closet. Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a queen size bed, bedside table and lamp. There is ample storage space in the closet. Master Bedroom: This bedroom features a king size bed, side tables, and lamps. This bedroom has a private bathroom and walk-in closet. Game Room: This room is a great gathering place for entertaining. It features a game table, seating and plenty of board games. Laundry room: There is a full-size washer and dryer conveniently located off the main living area. OUTSIDE The backyard provides a place to enjoy your coffee and the Arizona weather. The patio provides plenty of shade with outdoor ceiling fans, retractable awning and small grass area. It was well-cared for, in a quiet neighborhood and had a private backyard. The kitchen was well-equipped. The hot tub had issues of not heating and despite efforts from the management company to get it repaired, we were unable to use it. That said, we were promptly compensated for this. Communication and responsiveness were also superb! They addressed all the concerns I had from previous reviews on the property before we arrived. They were for adults we used two bedrooms and baths. House was super clean and as depicted in pictures. Quiet neighborhood about 8 minutes drive from historical downtown. Would stay here again. ##### Liz R. The house sleeps 6, but there were only ceramic plates/ glass cups for 4 and 1 wine glass. The rest of the plates are cups are plastic. Not what I expected for such a high nightly rate. The kitchen table only has seating for 4 (which was fine for us) but once again, if you sleep 6 there should be 6 chairs at the dining table and not rely on 2 barstools as acceptable seating. The living room could use more seating. The kitchen has staged (empty) salt and pepper shakers. Powder creamer like what you’d see at a Motel 6\. The bed sheets/bath towels/wash cloths are super cheap. Rolling over in bed overnight caused the sheets to pop off. No mattress cover on the beds (eek!) There was no shampoo/conditioner/body was in the primary bedroom. This listing is managed by a local property management company. It is clear that they need to put more thought into hospitality, rather than just managing bookings. Communication can drastically be improved. I sent an inquiry and waiting 3 days without receiving a response. I eventually booked, and asked for a response at booking. I finally heard from someone. Sarah said she would drop off items the day before check-in. I checked in the next day and items were not there. Had to contact the company and Sarah reached out saying she got tied up with her child so she didn’t drop the items off. She came the evening we checked in and dropped them off. There is no clicker for the garage so I had to back my car out, go into the garage close the garage door and run out. Had to enter the front door, go through garage to open it and get back in car to pull into the garage. There are many things to improve on with this listing in order to charge a premium. ##### Kathy P.
