Hello Kevin - We typically have exceptional internet service. We did experience about 30 minutes of disruption from our service provider one day last week and then our router had to be restarted, but we had that remedied as quickly as possible. In any case, please always let the front desk know if there is something we can do to assist you in any way, questions we can answer or alternatives we can offer.

Hello Alicia - We are so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. We are having a difficult time reconciling your comments with our hotel. We understand that you left the hotel, but our front desk associate did not get the opportunity to speak with you or respond to your needs. She just received a call from Expedia letting us know that you left. Our management team never received correspondence the next day, which is the usual process, stating your concerns or needs or requesting a refund. A manager checked your room and we did not find any issues. You are always welcome to call a manager and let us know of your concerns. Our hotel opened in the late 90's and is very specifically designed with the old-world charm of the Mediterranean. We are sorry that didn't appeal to you. We have been working very hard on updates and improvements!

Hello Juanita - We are actually starting bathroom renovations this week! Wait till you see our limestone, quartz, new fixtures, etc. Our model room looks amazing!

Hello Wilbert - Our pet fee is lower than most of the hotels in town. It's a very difficult decision to be pet friendly with all that goes with it, but it is truly part of who we are. That said, a cleaning and sanitation is necessary. We hope that the pet relief area and other amenities that we have put in place like the doggie treat bag at check in create a friendly pet environment!
