The use of the garage was a plus and the home was very nice. Guest can be picky, but we felt that as people who enjoy reading the lighting could have been better and there was only one chair that was good for reading, the bedroom lighting was not the best and my daughters room had no lighting except overhead. Not a criticism but a suggestion. We spent most of our time at our daughters who lives about 7 minutes away which was great for us to go back and forth. It was a quite, peaceful place to stay. The Boulder Hideaway has a very quiet location though still convenient to town. I think the solid, well-built house is one reason it is quiet. In addition to the great location. It is also at a higher elevation than in town so it is cooler in summer. You can reach great hiking trails quickly.
