Prescott Deluxe Chalet is the perfect location to explore Prescott. Historic Downtown features art galleries, boutiques and restaurants. All this within a few short steps from your front door. This two bedroom, two bathroom chalet features the works of local artisans with a touch of southwest decor. Vaulted ceilings and picture windows flood this home with natural light and enhance this inviting space with a serene color palette. The home offers a private backyard and large front deck.  
  
Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Annual Courthouse Lighting in Arizona’s Christmas City, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, bring your chairs, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square. Numerous one-of-a-kind restaurants and coffee shops downtown offer culinary delights for everyone from carnivores to vegans and to those who are gluten free.  
  
Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 2-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 15 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!  
  
INSIDE THE HOME  
Living room: A perfect gathering place to read or cozy up after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. This space offers a sofa, chairs, board games and Smart Tv for streaming access. The fireplace is non-operational, it adds just a touch of ambiance to the room. The pull-out sofa offers additional sleeping space.  
  
Kitchen: For guests wanting to dine in, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. Appliances include a refrigerator, dual coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, gas oven/stove, toaster and blender.  
  
Bathroom 1 : Located in the hall, this bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a single sink vanity. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer.  
  
Bathroom 2: Located in the Master Bedroom, this bathroom includes a walk-in shower, double vanities and a private toilet area. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer.  
  
Bedroom 1: This room is located on the main level of the chalet. This bedroom features a queen sized bed, bedside tables, lamps and a dresser. The closet space offers additional storage space. The bedroom overlooks the backyard.  
  
Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located on the upstairs level of the chalet. This bedroom features a king size bed, lamps, TV and a dresser. The closet space offers additional storage space.  
  
Office Space: The office space is located on the upstairs level of the chalet. It offers a desk, sitting area, books and games for guest use.  
  
Laundry: The washer and dryer are located in the hallway on the main level of the chalet. Supplies are available for guest use.  
  
OUTSIDE  
Prescott Deluxe Chalet features a deck on the front of the house. It includes rocking chairs and a dining table for six. There is a gas grill for guest use. The pergola offers outdoor lighting for additional ambiance. There is a private, fenced backyard with a dining table for four.

The property has two chalets, which share the parking area. For larger parties, please inquire about the Prescott Petit Chalet.  
  
BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. The $115 pet fee will be charged and payable through Airbnb once you've made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.  
  
Rules and Policies  
You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.  
  
PMI Northern Arizona is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.  
  
Pets or no pets: It’s the guest’s responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.  
  
Guests will be sent check-in instructions three days prior to arrival.  
  
PMI Northern Arizona may be reached 24/7, guests may use app or contact information from the welcome book.

This is a very clean and comfortable home away from home that is also in a fantastic location. Walk to breakfast, lunch or dinner or just use the well equipped kitchen and do your own cooking. Little things like double sinks in the primary bath made life easy.

The property was located in an excellent location for downtown Prescott. The house was one of the most well appointed that we’ve ever stayed in property manager had taken the time to label all the drawers and closets so that finding items was extremely easy with recommended without reservations for two couples or a family who is coming to Prescott.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay in Prescott beginning with the choice of property. Never been to Prescott and we were trying to find a cooler location not too far from Phoenix (our home). Charming home with plenty of outdoor and indoor space. Close to everything and very walkable. I’ll be back!

The property is located a short walk to the Square. Primary Bedroom is upstairs & well appointed. The Guest Bedroom is downstairs with a bathroom down the hallway. The property has a great front patio with dining table and room for 6 people. The Propert Manager is very communicative and able to respond to your needs.

#### Great fully stocked house close to everything!

We truly enjoyed this house and all of the amenities offered! Quick walk to whiskey Row and all the dining and shopping options. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Great for a group of friends to enjoy.

This Chalet is super cute, has everything you need! I love the fact thst it had a fenced area for my dogs. You can not ask for a better location! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, Whiskey Row! Would stay here again for sure....

The house was beautiful and very well appointed! The owner's thought of everything a guest would ever need.....all the way down to make-up wipes for the ladies!The home is located 1 1/2 blocks from the Courthouse Square...a 10 minute walk at the most. The house is tucked away , a little hard to fine at first. The house was wonderful loved the kitchen. Very clean well stocked . Close to everything, definitely would stay here again.

This location could not be any better ! Kitchen is great , although cooking skillets etc….. are pretty worn out. Outdoor furniture and space could use some TLC, Upstairs was challenging to maintain a comfortable temperature.

Love the city of Prescott and how close it is to Sedona and the city. Beautiful home to stay in with great amenities! Location was just a short walk to the shops on whiskey row. We all enjoyed having a place to rest in comfort and have the means to prepare healthy meals while traveling. Highly recommend this property. Communication response was quick when we had the need.

We had a wonderful stay at the chalet. Check in and out was easy and communication with host was great. The property is beautiful and the home is cozy and clean and had all we needed for a great relaxing stay. It was close enough to downtown to walk alot of places which was nice but it was also nice and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Good location. No hot water for the first 18 hours of our 2 night stay and having to make repeated calls after sending text - to finally get it was unsatisfactory. Scheduling landscape maintenance including noisy blower at 7am during our stay was also unacceptable.

We had a great time visiting Prescott and the area. Took time to drive to Sedona, Grand Canyon and other places. The home was very nice. Clean and neat as needed. There are some very minor updates/repair that need to be made that did not take away from our enjoyment of the home. The TV worked great with Apple TV in the Master Bedroom and Roku TV in the living room. Amazon Prime was logged in and ready to go in the living room, along with all of the free streaming apps. The beds were comfortable. The temperature in the home was very controllable. This location is great as there are a multitude of locally owned (not chain) restaurants within walking distance, along with shopping. Also, you can drive to a grocer, espresso, gas, etc in less than 5 minutes. If we come back to Prescott, we'll come back here and may try to rent the other house on the same property.
