The Downtown Birdie is a total brand new remodel just walking distance to the Square. \*\*Deep cleaned and fully sanitized before every stay with bleach and alcohol based products. \*\*This property is currently for sale; however, this will not affect your reservation or the quality of your stay in anyway. This home consists of two bedrooms both with comfortable queen sized beds (one bedroom also has a twin size bed), a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials, a dining room, a living room with a smart TV, a private washer and dryer, and a fenced yard/patio. Did I mention it’s also pet friendly!?! You will receive a unique door code on the day of your check-in when the home is available for check-in :) We like to give our guests complete privacy. We live locally and are available at anytime notice for anything you may need :) There’s no better place to be than downtown! Being an easy 10 minute walk to Whiskey Row, this home gives you proximity to some of Prescott’s main attractions. Nature lovers like it too, since it’s only a ten minute drive away from many hiking and biking trails, such as Thumb Butte! The home is located one a main road, making travel very easy. We enjoyed being close to downtown. That was a major plus of the property. We didn't like that it was so close to the main road though. Especially with having a 20 month old with us but it was tucked away enough from the street that we felt safe.
