It offers four apartments within the residence and features several amenities, including a swimming pool, yard, parking, and an installment plan option. The property is located in the hamlet of Canneto, just 3 km from the center of Prelà and 5 km from the center of Dolcedo. Outdoors The residence boasts a natural state property spanning 1,200 m2, fenced and adorned with trees and a natural garden. The standout feature is the above-ground, kidney-shaped swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 120 cm depth), available seasonally from January 1 to December 31\. An outdoor shower is provided, and there is a storage room for bicycles within the house. Other Information Access to the house is via a 50 m long, steep, and narrow motor access ramp.
