"The location is very rural and quiet. The hotel rooms are fine however the bathrooms are dated. Our room and our friends room had hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the bath so it was not clean enough. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and it was not busy when we arrived. However it took about 1h 30 for our food to arrive. We ended up cancelling our starters because it all took so long. I pointed out that a couple next to us who arrived after our table were served all their courses...

I stayed on my own but it'd be perfect for families too and has everything you need for a ski holiday at a more than reasonable price. I’m not sure we could have picked a better location (for the skiing and the town) We had the first few days without our luggage (it was lost en route to Geneva) and whilst it was not the fault of the hotel, this was such a difficult time for us, I feel like they maybe could have been more helpful given our circumstances so have rated the service a lower score. "Basic, be prepared to make your own beds (linen provided but double bed’s flat sheet was too small), and clean the apartment. Limited toilet paper and no toiletries. Ski locker corridor, cold swimming pool. Good location, next to Flaine Forêt ski lifts. There is a spar and ski rental, esf ski lesson shop within 5 mins walk."
