The young lady who checked us in was fantastic, she offered complimentary beverages upon arrival and was very knowledgeable. Our room was located in the backside of building and was very quiet (contrary to other reviews). We had an amazing balcony that overlooked the beautiful city. Kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom offered a large soaker tub. The staff could not have been nicer and were extremely helpful. We went in March and the only issue was it was noisy. There is a bar downstairs (which is excellent) but we heard the music until after 1:00 a.m We were on the 2nd floor and the staff moved us to the 4th floor this was better but between 4:30 am - 7:00 a.m. we heard a lot of talking and sometimes the garbage men. I don't think we are "light sleepers" but it did wake us up. Be mindful of the elevator weight, if it breaks you’ll fix it. Also, lock every door you walk through. We received three keys to get into our apartment and we did feel safer with the doors being locked but this area doesn’t seem that bad. The apt itself is wonderful. We have a view of the city.
