After each guest's departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank's processing times and policies. 4) Check-in: starts at 16:00\. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply. 5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located at the apartment address. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in. 6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service.
