At the beginning of the hallway on the left, there is a separate toilet equipped with a sink. Continuing down the hallway, you’ll find a brand-new kitchen, completed in 2025 and designed in a modern style, boasting solid oak countertops and premium appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, kettle, and all other essentials needed for comfortable cooking and dining. On the way from the kitchen to the living room, there's a stylish dining table positioned beside a large window, offering exceptional views of the lush green courtyard. The living room is spacious, airy, and features large glass surfaces providing stunning views into the green courtyard. Here you'll find an exceptionally large TV and all the amenities required for maximum comfort and entertainment. From the living room, you can access a generous loggia with comfortable seating, offering breathtaking views from the fifth floor—akin to a bird's-eye perspective. At the end of the hallway, you'll find a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, washing machine, dryer, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror, and all other necessary amenities. For your shopping needs, there are four supermarkets nearby – including the largest Kaufland in the Czech Republic, as well as Albert, Billa, and Lidl, all within walking distance. Directly across the street from the apartment is the popular Tom Cat Café, perfect for breakfast or an afternoon coffee. In the adjacent street, you’ll find the well-rated CIK CAK Restaurant, ideal for lunch or dinner. About 200 meters from the apartment is the exclusive gourmet store Allzora, offering international delicacies and high-quality food from around the world.
