Very nice hotel
very friendly personal, breakfast was nice and room was very nice, the cats around the hotel definetly made it a big 10/10, would come again.

Despite the advertising stating that there is a private bathroom, the bathroom was in fact not private, and shared with other guests on the first floor. The doors are also very thin and dont lock easily, meaning that your privacy from other guests is minimal

This is a really old building and Bathrooms at upstairs were really dirty. Breakfast has really limited options Expect for the kind blonde woman, staff were rude and unpleasant.

Great place to stay
Staff was very friendly and have local recommendations and highlights the local attractions. Room layout was great ans so was location. Near lots to eat, sites, and train stop. Also offers free breakfast.

All the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Very nice breakfast. Room was warm (we were there during the winter) and clean. Bedding was very comfortable. Would recommend this place to our friends.

The staff were were very pleasant and accommodating. I felt very welcome. The floor boards in the room were a bit creaky but great for the price. Great location too. Would stay there again

Outstanding value
This "Pension" is an outstanding value. The location is Prague 10 which is not bad for going into the center. Also, it is not far from a large shopping center, Flora. The rooms are excellent and clean and breakfast is included. My only criticism is that the wifi is a bit iffy, and sometimes goes off. They are aware of this problem, which comes from the unreliable service provider, O2. I had a private room and shared a bathroom on the common hall, but there was never a conflict. This is my best choice in Prague where I have been many times for a value shopper like me. The building also has an interesting history deriving from the second world war and the Gestapo!

Overpriced
Very clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast. Paid parking. Horrible check in. The hotel gathers ALL personal data including minor's info and sends it further. Apparently this is the process in the whole country. No one could explain clearly why minor's info is required. The fees I booked the hotel with was 30% over the cost of the hotel's room (covid) at the time of check in. No one offered price adjustment.

Thank you for the feedback. At check-in, a non-English speaking lady was temporarily at the front desk. We explained you by phone, that you could go into your room and continue the check-in in 15 minutes, when there will be an English speaking receptionist. Please accept our apologize. I think when you travel with kids you have to have their passport or ID card all around the word. I am sorry, but if you book a room through a third party, such as Expedia, we cannot change the reservation.

I enjoyed myself here
Hotel was quite, room view over the balcony provided quality views, breakfast was good and location was only about half hour walk to the centre and close to trams and metro lines.

A very satisfied and surprising staying
The hotel is AMAZING. For this price, you can get a condon-like spatial double bed apartment that come together with a kitchen, and a surprisingly big bathroom. The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast, although the food stayed the same everyday, but it was good with abundant choice. Most likely people would complain the block hotel located in, well it is undeniable it looks messy and unsafe. Still, it is not that scary you will get rob or pocket-picked, as long as you don't mess around with the residents in the block. Short walking to the Brno central, and you can enjoy the scenery as you walk.

Very enjoyable stay and would recommend this. I booked hotel to airport round trip transport, but they didn't arrive for airport return. The hotel in my time if need called a taxi, which arrived in 5 minutes meaning the flight was caught in time. Such helpfulness cannot be underestimated. I would have qualms returning to pension/hotel jana

The room description did not mention that the bathroom was a shared bathroom outside the room. It was clean and not far away, just misleading.

The building is very clean and beautiful. The interior of the room is beautiful and very comfortable. The staff are very kind and good. It was helpful to be able to buy a one-day tram ticket at the reception. Breakfast is also delicious and great. This is the perfect hotel to visit Prague with your family and it will be a memorable one.

Für den Preis alle mal gut. Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Innenstadt schnell erreichbar mit Straßenbahn. Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig. Pakkplatz auf dem Grundstück kostet 10Euro/Tag extra.

Trevlig personal. Lite ovant att se katter springa omkring på sådana ställe av hygieniska skäl…☺️ Bra med frukost som ingick, typisk husmans kost. Rent o så men hade varit bra med en fungerade kylskåp när den ändå fanns på rummet… Lite jobbig o springa upp eller ner för gå på toa då ena våningen hade kvinnlig o andra våningen för män. Var lite jobbigt o springa med barnen på natten, kunde varit lokaliserade på samma, men annars rent o ok. Parkering fanns men det blev lite trångt då den var för få bilar , lite svårt o köra ut. Vackra fina blommor i receptionen får extra ++ :)

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft hat insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Auch die Lage und die Umgebung hat uns gut gefallen. In den Gängen war es teilweise sehr laut. Hier sollte man Zwischentüren o.Ä. einbauen um den Zustand zu verbessern.

Très bon accueil. Chambre très correcte avec une literie de qualité. Pas de climatisation. Une meilleure insonorisation serait appréciable. Quartier agréable avec restaurants, commerces, pubs et station de tram et métro à proximité.

Hôtel bien situé
Nous sommes arrivés dans cet hôtel le soir peu avant minuit. La réception était ouverte. La localisation de notre chambre était dans un bâtiment annexe de l'hôtel. La chambre était agréable, fraîchement refaite. Seul point négatif le confort des oreillers. La propreté n'était pas non plus au top (pelote de poussière qui se baladent sous le lit). Le petit déjeuner était correct. Point positif, nous avons demandé deux services à la réception qui nous ont été rendus sans aucun problème.
