E' posizionato nel distretto di Praga 3, poco fuori dal centro della città raggiungibile in soli 10 minuti di autobus o tram. Proprio sotto l'albergo vi è anche l fermata dell'autobus. Quanto alle condizioni generali della struttura, è un pò vecchiotto, le camere sono piccoline, spartane, ma calde. Abbiamo riscontrato delle difficoltà sia per la disponibilità dell'acqua calda (non prima delle 7:30 e nel pomeriggio intorno alle 17:00 non era disponibile salvo lamentele con la portineria) che per la pulizia delle stanze (se così la si vuol chiamare) che al nostro rientro intorno alle 16:30/17 trovavamo ancora in disordine. Nel bagno abbiamo trovato una delle porte scorrevoli del box doccia sganciata dal binario che, nonostante la nostra lamentela, non è stata riparata. La colazione è abbastanza abbondante sia per il dolce che per il salato. Personale disponibile. Vi var afsted om sommeren, hvor der var meget varmt, så vi havde håbet der var aircondition på værelset, men nej, ingen aircondition. Morgenmaden var OK, men de var MEGET dårlige til at fylde op igen, så det var med at være der tidligt. Personalet snakker generelt ikke engelsk. Det er kun ved receptionen man kan snakke engelsk. Vi havde bestilt med dobbeltseng, men fik to enkelt senge med en topmadras der passer til en dobbeltseng. Resultatet var bare at de gled fra hinanden. Der kunne godt have været vand på værelset, da vandet i vandhanerne lugter meget af klor. Aproximadamente 26 minutos caminando ... La zona es una zona de discotecas o fiestas pero no se escucha nada aunque dicen que no es una muy buena zona, repito no tuvimos ningún problema. El personal de la noche es muy amable ..la del día ni te saluda. Tema del comedor el desayuno deja que desear. Tivemos um problema durante a estadia pois confiando que Praga era uma cidade segura nos sentamos em uma praça para beber espumante tarde da noite e fomos perseguidos por um homem branco e careca que nos ameaçou. Io per esempio mi sono accorto solo l'ultimo giorno di aver dormito su dei materassi sporchi e macchiati senza che avessero almeno un coprimaterasso prima del lenzuolo, ed effettuare il cambio della biancheria un più spesso. Per qualità prezzo è conveniente anche perchè si arriva al centro con il bus 207 che è quasi di fronte all'albergo. La camera era abbastanza confortevole però non è dotata di aria condizionata. Nel periodi in cui sono stato a Praga c'erano 30 gradi quindi potere immaginare!.Il personale generalmente è cordiale e cortese tranne la receptionist del mattino. Im Mitte Juni war in Prag 28°c - 32°c . Im Hotel Zimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage, ich habe fast nichts geschlafen, im Zimmer war am tagsüber über 35°c, in der Nacht auch ähnlich. Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße, nonstop Verkehr Tag und Nacht und gnadenlos laut. Das Balkontüre konnte nicht öffnen, nur ein kleine Fenster geöffnet werden. Das Badezimmer dringend renovation bedürftig, überall Ameisen. Das Hotelzimmer wurde nicht täglich gereinigt. Die Personal sind sehr unfreundlich und nicht kommunikativ. Vor allem die Damen an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück eine reine Katastrophe, Brot war wie ein Stein , alles fertig Produkt ( Orangensaft, Apfelsaft ect.) Ich denke, die Personal braucht drinkend eine Weiterbildung, ich frag mich überhaupt, ob sie eine Ausbildung zur/m Hotelfachmann/Frau abgeschlossen haben. Also das Hotel liegt nicht Zentral. Vorallem für Frauen würde ich nicht empfehlen, weil das Hotel ca, 800m von der Tramstation entfernt ist,man muss zur Haltestelle aufwärts gehen. Überall Männer auf der Strasse. I needed a place to stay in Prague while travelling for a quick work meeting, Gloria was conveniently located for a good price.
