The property is lovely and staff gracious. Location was a little farther away from Old Town than I had hoped.

This hotel suffers hugely from a lack of updating. Who has a shower with only a 14" shower door??? The entire bathroom gets wet while you stand in the shower trying to keep warm. The air conditioning in the room doesn't work at all. The bathtub stopper was broken. The breakfast is a zoo, with children running everywhere screaming. Virtually nothing healthy at breakfast, and all the eggs are undercooked to the point of being raw, which is dangerous. This is definitely NOT a hotel for Americans; only Eastern Europeans would tolerate this low standard. It's only positive point is that it is near a Metro stop, but still 25 minutes ride to any site.

Very nice hotel. Looks luxurious and is very clean. A bit far from old town to walk (about an hour), but cheap uber and the tram was right in front of the building. Nice restaurants nearby and a Lidl in front. Check in was super easy and we were able to check in early while we waited for the other half of our party to arrive later in the evening.

Fantastic hotel for exploring Prague
Fantastic hotel to explore Prague. Directly next to the metro means the centre of Prague is just 10 mins away. Room was spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and presented perfectly. We ate at both restaurants, the buffet and the ground floor restaurant- both were excellent. Great bar/lobby area which offers live music throughout the day was the icing on the cake!

I couldn’t fault it if I tried. Top class service from very attentive staff members. Close enough to all amenities that you can get about without issues; yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be a quiet place to relax. Overall a fantastic hotel which made our experience of Prague even more enjoyable

This four-star hotel has a lot of pluses: good breakfast buffet, d cent executive lounge, nice bar with live music, and a good restaurant. The room we stayed in was small but had a nice view of the city. Water pressure is fire hose grade. The minuses include stuffy interior and very slow room cleaning (as late as 4pm on some days).

Best stay in Prague
It was my 2nd stay this year, everything is perfect, great price. I would always go with the executive room, you have access to the executive lounge with great views, free drink and snack choices from 10 - 10. location is great with a metro stop next door, in summer I even used public transportation from the airport for less than $5 and just 10 minutes longer than the $50 airport car pickup.

Overall good but with some unfavourable points
Overall condition is acceptable. Service is not good. Especially the front desk , they always pull a long face and not willing to give you a little bit more useful advice even when we asked for the closest metro station. The breakfast quality is no good, for example the juices are diluted with water and the food is not of good quality as you can buy from the supermarket. We don’t prefer to come the next morning though it was all included in our rental.

Don G always a winner
Don Giovanni is ideally located. It has easy access to both the trams, buses and Metro system. Both the breakfast and dinner buffet is outstanding The lobby and downstairs bar is lovely. The staff are helpful and polite. I found the breakfast buffet staff to be particularly cordial and welcoming. But the front desk and cleaning staff was excellent too. There is nearby shopping at Flora Mall. Numerous dining options are close. There is easy access to any part of the city.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Executive lounge was nice but very limited selection of snacks and beer. Elevators were old and often took way too long to arrive. Room was clean and cozy and comfortable except that the king bed was actually 2 twin beds pushed together. Only a third of the shower was enclosed so water sprayed on the floor every time. Maid service was good. Lobby area was fantastic.

Beautiful Hotel just outside of City centre
We Booked two rooms. Arrived after Midnight. Took Uber to hotel as Hotel Booked Taxi did not turn up. Reception tried hard to find out but unable to get in touch with Car or us. However , they were very apologetic and offered us two complimentary bottles of wine. Classic Rooms were spacious and clean.Bathroom was quite spacious and clean. Shower very good . We only stayed 1 night and then had a separate booking for Executive Rooms which we mpved the following day. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices.Buffet Dinner also very good although you have to buy even water separately.Very close to Tram, Metro and Bus. Easy to go to City. Very good hotel to stay in Prague.

Enjoyed a three night stay at the Don Giovanni Hotel Prague on business and pleasure. Good size room with lounge access and a good breakfast choice. Secure underground parking on site with easy access to Prague Old Town using the adjacent public transport.

There is a Cementery as a view. It is a great place for business people with a car and groups. It was not the right place for me. It has a beautiful tasteful decoration to celebrate Mozart and his opera. There is a piano player most of the day. A great place for older people. Not for me

The breakfast was brilliant, best I have ever had in a hotel. The only slight issue I had was the light switch in the room was broken. Overall a great hotel in a great location.

Everything you need with easy access to Prague
The hotel is in a great location and very easy to get to from the centre of Prague. The staff were very friendly and always helpful, breakfast was fantastic and the room quiet, clean and comfortable. Will be recommending this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Prague, and would definitely stay again.
