Perfect for couples or small groups, the apartment provides everything you need for a relaxing stay in this lively neighborhood. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious kitchen and living area. The living room includes a large couch that can comfortably sleep two people. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob, stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, and a filtered coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Listing Access You’ll have full access to the entire studio during your stay. Interaction Support During Your Stay We are available via phone throughout your stay for any assistance or recommendations. Registration and Tourist Tax: We use a third party provider "CheckIn" to register you with the foreign police and to collect the additional tourist tax of 50CZK per person per night. You will be sent a link when you book and you should complete this and pay before we check you in. Check-in: We offer check-in from 15:00 until 21:00\. We can accommodate a check in from 21:00 to 23:00 with a surcharge of 500CZK/20EUR. In case you need to arrive before 15:00, we will try to organize an early check-in for you, or at least to leave your bags while we clean. We will contact you to arrange your check-in personally. Jířího z Poděbrad Square, just a 5-minute walk away, is a great spot to explore, with a variety of places to eat and drink. The area is also home to Prague’s iconic TV Tower and Vítkov Hill, perfect for a relaxing stroll or a panoramic view of the city. Transit The nearest tram stop is Husinecká, offering easy access to the city center and main attractions. The tram ride from Husinecká to the city center takes just a few minutes, and the main train station is also nearby. Taxi: There is Uber and Bolt as well as standard taxi available. It is cheaper to book in advance. \-CITY TAX All guests are required to pay 2.1 € per person/ per night to the city of Prague. The collection of the fee is regulated by Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, as amended, and generally bound by decree No. 18/2019 Coll. City of Prague, on the tourism tax, as amended. Once you book, we will send you a link for online check in for submitting your data for the foreign police and payment of this tax. \-LATE CHECK IN CHARGE Late check-in fee 500CZK/20 € after 21:00 with 23:00 cut-off.
