Very good hotel, but room was not as advertised
The hotel is really well located, as you wouldn't even get wet walking to the hotel from the airport arrivals/departures terminals, if it were raining. It is modern, clean and the staff is very professional. Practically everything about our two day stay was worth the price of the room, especially in Prague; however, I was disappointed by two things, which I am not sure was the fault of the Hotel or was it the fault of Expedia advertising.
I was traveling with my family and chose the largest room size offered by the hotel, which is a spacious Studio. The room was advertised as a two-room accommodation with a King size bed in one room and a sofa bed in the living room. Expedia listed it as being able to accommodate 4 people. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that the hotel doesn't have sofa beds and the room we booked for 4 people only accommodates 2 people. We needed to have the hotel bring in roll-away beds, which basically defeated the purpose of selecting a room with a living room space to use during the day. The roll-always just got in the way.
Also, according to the Expedia website, We were guaranteed a late check-in. However, despite booking the entire trip through Expedia, with a flight arrival at 12:40 am, the Hotel had us listed as a no show when we arrived at the door.
The hotel handled the problems quickly and professionally and our stay was a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was great.
