Situated in the lively center of New Town, our spacious and welcoming apartment invites up to 4 guests to relax in comfort and style. This charming space includes a beautifully appointed bedroom for restful nights, along with a cozy sofa bed in the living area, perfect for additional guests. Bathed in soft, natural light and designed with warm, inviting tones, our apartment creates an oasis of calm amidst the city’s energy.  
  
It's fully equipped with essential amenities, including a modern kitchen with appliances like a coffee maker, stove, and microwave, perfect for preparing meals. The main bathroom offers a soothing bathtub for relaxation, and an additional half-bathroom ensures convenience. In the living room, you’ll find a satellite smart TV, great for movie nights or binge-watching your favorite series. High-speed Wi-Fi is also provided, keeping you connected during your stay.  
  
Located in the lively New Town of Prague, our apartment is just a short walk from public transportation, making exploring the city easy. Iconic attractions such as Wenceslas Square, the Old Town Square, and the Vltava River are all within walking distance. Enjoy charming cafes, historic sites, and local shops right in the neighborhood!

Check-in starts at 16:00. Please let us know your arrival time.  
  
The apartment has a self-check-in system. Keys are at the apartment and accessible anytime.  
  
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.  
  
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the apartment.  
  
Pets are allowed only with prior consultation.  
  
No parties allowed. Please do not disturb other residents.  
  
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00, in accordance with Czech law.  
  
Communication is handled via the booking platform you used.  
  
Leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon check-out.  
  
Follow all instructions for trash disposal and appliance use.  
  
Take care of the keys. If lost, contact the emergency number. Guests are responsible for key-related issues.  
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).  
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.  
3) A deposit of 150 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest's departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank's processing times and policies.  
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.  
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located at the apartment address. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.  
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.  
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.  
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.  
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.  
10) No parties allowed. Don't disturb other residents.  
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.  
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.  
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.  
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment's appliances.  
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
