Hotel bien placé au coeur de Mala Strana
Surclassement de Junior Suite à Royal Suite. La chambre très baroque est bien équipée. Certains équipements commencent toutefois à vieillir un peu (je pense aux peignoirs par exemple). Le lit était très grand et confortable. L'hotel est très bien situé. Le petit déjeuner était très bien. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant et le spa.

Beautiful 16th century building , with helpful friendly staff. Great location 5mins walk to lesser town , close enough for the buzz and far enough to be peaceful Special call out to Stan who took care to verify transport infor to the station for me.

Stay here! You will not be disappointed!
This hotel was fantastic in so many ways. People: the staff was kind, attentive, professional, helpful…everything a staff should be. They arranged transport, gave directions, and gave us a tour of the entire hotel. Services: the food was great every day, with fantastic outdoor and indoor seating, and we tried the brunch which we loved. We also got a couples massage in their beautiful spa. It made us want to stay for another week. Finally, there was wine and cheese every afternoon, featuring their own branded wine, which we loved. Location: the hotel is right next to the American embassy, meaning total security and a police presence 24/7. We’ve never felt safer. Rooms: the room was impeccable. Impeccable. Clean, unique, and spacious. The hallways were quiet and far from the party noise in Prague. That being said, we were also close enough to walk almost anywhere.

Great Service!
This was such a perfect place to stay, right next to American Embassy in the Mall Strana. We could walk everywhere. Plenty of food and drink choices nearby. The restaurant and spa at hotel were fantastic. Service could not be beat! Every single person bent over backward to make sure we had an excellent stay.

Klein und Königlich fein...
Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar, ein kleines verschlafenes aber dennoch wunderbar eingerichtetes kleines Hotel. Die Lage ist super, gleich neben der amerikanischen Botschaft. Auch wenn es die kleine Seite Prag´s ist, von hier aus kann man die Stadt sehr gut erkunden. Wir kommen sicher gern wieder...

At the time of the booking a swimming pool was touted as one of the attractive features of the hotel. It was the reason I had chosen the hotel in the first place, despite its rather steep price. Alas, the pool was closed during my stay and no effort was made to compensate for this. The hotel is comfortable in relevant respects--the bathrooms, beds, privacy, quiet. The owners appear to have gone out of their way to acquire antique furniture--lots of it, which makes for a cluttered place.

Amazing rooms in an ancient building feeling to stay in a castle. Amazin SPA just a little bit cold water for the swiming pool. Anyway Praga is magic

Hotel encantador y precioso
El hotel está situado en un barrio muy tranquilo, Con movilidad en tranvía o caminando a 10 minutos del centro . La piscina spa el agua está climatizada pero no es caliente para lo pequeña que es la piscina que además tiene burbujas tipo spa sin serlo . Siendo 5 estrellas ya podrían climatizarla como spa, es la única pega que le encuentro . El personal súper amable y el hotel es una preciosidad

Bell'albergo, spa molto bella ma bagno turco e piscina idromassaggio molto datate anche se molto belle. Pochi getti la piscina e il bagno turco che soffiava aria bollente, impossibile tenere i piedi per terra.

Disappointed stay in a charming hotel
After reading all the fantastic reviews I was rather disappointed with the hotel. The front desk staff were not very welcoming when we checked in. Also we did not receive any welcome drink as, we noticed, other guests were offered. The room (#110) was quite small and had no views at all. Bathroom was ok. The bed was stiff and pillow was terrible. When I asked if they had another type of pillow the answer was no but they could bring my an additional pillow if the same type. In my opinion a 5-star hotel should have at least 2 types of pillows. Try to request another room. Spa was nice even though a hot tub would be a great addition to the spa. The rest of the facility was great. Restaurant and lobby decor was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. Also complimentary wine and cheese for guests at 4-5pm. Location is good! For a 5-star hotel within this price range I was rather disappointed and won’t chose this hotel next time.

We had an amazing time at the Alychymist Grand Hotel & Spa - we loved the beautiful building and furnishings, the hotel staff were lovely and extremely kind and helpful. As soon as we arrived we felt very welcomed and that continued throughout our stay. We absolutely loved the hotel and would highly recommend it - breakfast was excellent - lots of choice. As you can tell we had a brilliant stay at the hotel.

Great location with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel needs a refresh. Robes are frayed, hair blower is at the lower end of quality as are the bath products. Dust was evident in the corners. The staff, however, are wonderful and work hard to making you feel welcomed.

From the moment we arrived we loved this property. We were greeted at the door and asked to be seated in the lounge while we were being checked in. Pavel served a welcome cocktail. We reserved the family suite. It was meticulous and spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The spa was divine.
