Prägraten: House "Olcherhof", 1'300 m a.s.l.. 100 m from the centre of Prägraten, 14 km from the centre of Matrei, 500 m from the skiing area. For shared use: garden. In the house: breakfast room, lounge, central heating system, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 8 cars) at the house. Supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Prägraten a. G. Gemeindeamt" 350 m. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift, ski school 500 m, cross country ski track 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schigebiet Matrei-Kals 14 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.  
"Olcherhof", 6-room apartment 150 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious, comfortable and cosy furnishings: dining room with dining table, bar and satellite TV (flat screen). Large kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 3 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen). Natural stone floors, carpet. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. IMPORTANT: BEDDING IS NOT INCLUDED - guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.
