Olcherhof is a vacation rental located in Prägraten, Bichl, Austria, situated 1,300 meters above sea level and just 100 meters from the town center. The property offers a garden with a meadow for shared use, a breakfast room, a lounge, and a ski boot dryer. Guests will appreciate the convenience of having parking for 10 cars on-site, as well as easy access to amenities like a supermarket (800 meters away) and a restaurant (500 meters away). The apartment itself is designed to ensure privacy, as it is not adjacent to the stairwell, and the landlord resides in the attic area.  
  
Outdoors  
Nature enthusiasts will find plenty of opportunities to explore the great outdoors during their stay. The property is conveniently located just 50 meters from walking paths, 500 meters from the ski lift and ski school, and 150 meters from a cross-country ski track. This prime location allows guests to easily access various outdoor activities without having to travel far.

The owner has a few important notes for guests. Snow chains are recommended during the winter months, and the owner does not accept youth groups. Additionally, it's important to be aware that the owner resides within the same residence as the vacation rental.

Two separate toilets are available. The upper floor houses two double bedrooms, each with a shower, toilet, satellite TV, and flat-screen television, as well as access to a balcony. Two additional rooms on this level have one bed, one double bed, and a shower with toilet, leading out to a terrace. The second upper floor consists of one room with a bed, a double bed, a shower, toilet, satellite TV, and flat-screen TV, with access to a balcony. There are also three double bedrooms, each with a shower, toilet, satellite TV, and flat-screen TV. The property features natural stone floors, carpeting, and comes with terrace and balcony furniture, as well as a barbecue area. It offers beautiful panoramic views of the mountains.
