Peaceful and charming place
This isn't a big hotel just kind of charming B&B. The girl at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly. She also helped me to charge my mobile. The breakfast is good but served in Soho cafe opposite to the hotel. The room was clean and TV worked well. This hotel is 50 metres from Town Hall and there are plenty of pubs, restaurants and cinema. I would definitely stay again!

Comfortable elegance - lovely staff - perfect
Superb! 2 bedroom suite was perfectly lovely with Napoleonic style furnishing. We each had our own gloriously large, superbly clean private bathrooms. I love using Hotels.com, because whatvyou see is WHAT YOU GET! Great to work with and true to their word! .Lovely hotel staff and helpful. Perfect location at edge of Town Square! Unfortunately, a walk up to 4th floor, but staff carried our bags up and down!. Securely guarded 24 hour parking 2 blocks away. No issues!!!!! Would return for sure!

Fabulous
Very comfortable hotel. Spotlessly clean and very polite receptionists. Near to the main square with shops bars and restaurants nearby. It was an excellent experience for us.

Expensive for the Total Package
Overall room was large and nice, but expensive at $87 per night for the overall value and customer experience. The price point should be around $70 per night. The Breakfast is way over priced at 40 PLN. You can eat breakfast for much cheaper across the street from the hotel.

Neat and Trim - Excellent Service and Accommodation
We loved our time here. Due to our flight being delayed we arrived at a ridiculous time in the morning (3:00 am) and managed to get checked in within seconds and were upstairs in our room in no time at all. It was a lovely room with a view onto the street, double-glazed window and plenty warm. Bottles of local mineral water were replaced daily, and service was excellent. The building itself has character, is situated as perfectly in the old town as could be, and provided whatever we needed. Ensuite is exquisite; staff were friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for better - absolute bargain for the price (we had one of the cheaper rooms). Would stay here again any time we are in Poznan.

My room faced the main street. The noise from the crowds in the old town area kept me up. This was a serious problem. If I had known that I would have preferred a room in the back. Otherwise it was close to many attractions. The hotel was clean and service very good.

But location of our Residence has a positive side because you can get as you said to many important attractions of Poznan in few minutes and negative side because a lot of people spent their time at the old market. next time we will choose a best room for you. A lovely old hotel
My stay at the Garden Boutique Residence was very comfortable. The hotel is old, but with lots of charm. Decor is good and cleanliness also. The breakfast was simple, but fresh and good quality. I would happily stay there again.

Excellent Location
Just a few seconds walk from the main square but close enough to tram stops to get elsewhere in Poznan. No shortage of bars, restaurants nearby. No noise despite its central location.

Lovely Hotel

Great location
The Garden Boutique hotel is in a great location just off the Stary Rynek, we found the room to be clean & nicely decorated. There was a good selection of food on display at breakfast & a freshly cooked omelette or scrambled eggs were also offered. We chose the scrambled eggs with ham & chives which were very tasty, as the weather was warm we were able to eat our breakfast in the attractive garden courtyard. We also found the staff helpful & efficient.

Expensive for the facilities available
Very clean, room of a good size, and free internet. But the hotel otherwise was very basic, no room-service or bar. Breakfast was also a little basic. The staff were not unpleasant, but made minimal contact and just got on with what was needed at the time. It was VERY expensive for the facilities on offer and this was my main reason for not going back or recommending.

Lovely and comfortable, with al fresco breakfast
We thought this little place was the perfect balance of casual comfort and convenience. We were there during some lovely early fall days, and it was so great to have windows that opened and outdoor space. It wasn't so posh that I felt I needed to dress up for breakfast, but the food was top notch. Unless you need a lift/elevator I would recommend this place without reservation.

Very charming Hotel. A very homelike atmosphere. very nice Guys and Girls working in the front desk. Were extremely helpful with all my Questions and provided information for some of my daily adventures. The Breakfast room is beautiful , quality of Breakfast is superb and very friendly Ladies working in there. My room was very nice and clean, a bit small but not a problem for a single traveler. Bathroom / shower very modern comfortable and quite large. Excellent wireless internet in the room.

This hotel is excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were of a high standard. Breakfast was filling and plentiful. Excellent location - very close to square. No tea making facilities in room. Hotel offers babysitting service which was frequently used by friends. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Directly off the City Square in Poznan
Super old building (200-300 years old) but recently made into a hotel last year 2010. Beautiful job; bathrooms are gorgeous, flat screen TV, and staircase has charm and character. All doors have smart card security, not that you need it. Wireless internet included. Top floor (3rd) has dormer windows; it really gets you into the spirit. Situated 100 yds off the city square where all the action is. 10 restaurants within a stones throw. Amazing! The service people are very nice - the Polish do it right!
